Christmas has got to be my favourite time of the year. Can you tell? Now that I’m a homeowner, I’ve been excited for months about decorating. In addition, I’m actually hosting Christmas this year for my family. So it’s full steam ahead with preparing for Christmas Day and subsequently decorating the house. I’m not ashamed to say that my overall goal is to make the house look like a total Winter Wonderland. When Lights4Fun got in touch about working together, I couldn’t say no as they have an incredible range of Christmas lights & decorations.

Lights4Fun specialises in decorative lighting for both indoors and the garden. As you can imagine, their Christmas department is pretty insane. From decorative garlands to light up reindeers there is plenty to deck out the house into a complete Winter Wonderland. I thought I would share a snippet of how I’ve decorated so far using decorative lighting from Lights4Fun.

Starting off with the Curtain Window Warm White LED Lights to really brighten up the front of the house. As this is my first year in the new house, I think these lights are a great piece to gradually get into adding some light up decorations to the front of the house. The set comes with hooks to stick on the window and keep them all up. They look excellent, especially at night when they are flashing away. There’s several settings including a seriously intense one which I do try and avoid! However, I’m really pleased with how they look. It’s also worth mentioning that they are plugged into the mains.

I’m utterly obsessed with the next item I picked up from Lights4Fun. The Eucalyptus, Pine & Gold Berry Christmas Garland is an excellent piece to decorate my mantlepiece. Sadly the garland which comes pre-lit was sold out. However, it’s super easy to add your own little LED lights and I’m so pleased with how it looks. It’s the perfect size for the mantlepiece and I just love that the way the Eucalyptus and gold berries look.

I’m low-key obsessed with anything star related, especially at Christmas. The Osby Star Collection are such a lovely piece to have, whether thats place on a sideboard, on the mantle or in your windows. I’ve placed two of the stars which are battery operated on my Kitchen windows. This way the lights will be shining through to the conservatory (aka where all the Christmas day festivities will be taking place). It’s hard to decorate the kitchen for Christmas but these lights give it a nice little touch for the decorations to spread throughout the house.

Finally we have got the cutest little pre-lit miniature Christmas Tree. The tree stands at 30cm high and is operated by batteries. I’ve got this one placed in the window and think it’s such a little cute decoration. It’s not the biggest tree but it’s pretty effective when it’s lit up. This could even be great centre piece for your Christmas dinner table!

It’s safe to say that the lovely decorations from Lights4Fun have really made the house very festive. I just love all the twinkly lights around Christmas, especially when it can be dull and dark outside. It adds a little sparkle to the festive season and hopefully next year we may extend to reindeers in the front garden!

Have you started putting up your Christmas decorations?

XOXO
