Hello! My name is Rachel Nicole, I’m 30 years old and live on the Yorkshire Coast in the UK.
I started this blog back in 2010 – over 15 years ago! I was in my final months of secondary school so a lot has changed since then. I originally used my blog to share my daily outfits, thoughts on the fashion world and it’s expanded into all things beauty, lifestyle food and travel.
Throughout the years, I’ve had some incredible opportunities, met some lifelong friends and even spent five years doing this as a full time job. I’m so thankful for everything this little space on the internet has given me and I’d love it if you came along and joined my journey!
In the last ten years, my love for travelling the world has grown. I’ve been so fortunate to visit some incredible places around the world and I’m hoping 2025 is the year I will be ticking off some top bucket list destinations. Stay tuned!

Whilst my blog was created in 2010 to document my love for fashion & beauty, It wasn’t until five years later before I started documenting my travels. You’ll still come across lot’s of lifestyle posts as I muse about all the things that make me happy.
Travelling the world and experiencing new places is my passion. In 2017, I booked a once in a lifetime solo trip across America for ten weeks. I visited 17 states and Canada and this really fuelled my love for the country and gave me the confidence to travel solo more! Since that trip, I’ve been back numerous times to visit my favourite place in the world; New York City as well as road trips across California, Arizona and Utah.
Whilst on my travels, food is in the forefront of my mind! We plan a lot of itineraries around where the best spot to eat is.
I’ve been fortunate to travel to some amazing countries such as Iceland, Italy, Greece, Denmark, France, Canada and many more. I also love travelling around the UK and exploring beautiful destinations on my doorstep in Yorkshire and beyond.
In 2025, I’m planning to tick off some incredible bucket list destinations…

I like to write about what makes me happy whether that’s my latest travels, all things Disney, Taylor Swift, puppies or finding the best Sunday Roast!
When I’m not travelling about, you will find me at home with my miniature dachshund; Walter (he’s the cutest thing ever). We love to explore our local area taking him on long walks and visiting lots’d of local cafes and restaurants.
I’m also a HUGE Swiftie and attending the Eras Tour was the highlight of my life. Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter & Gracie Abrams is currently on repeat on Spotify. I’m also a big fan of Country music and visiting Nashville was a dream come true last year.
I usually have a Disney trip planned on the horizon and nothing brings me more happiness than visiting the most magical place on earth. Visiting Mickey and friends brings me so much joy but I also love a good rollercoaster and visiting theme parks such as Universal Studios and PortAventura.
Food is a huge part of my life and you’ll find a lot of foodie content on my blog too. You’ll usually find me with either pizza or a good ol’ Sunday Roast. I also have a Sunday Roast Diaries series where I’m hunting the best Sunday Roast in the UK.
