My Must Have Face Product of 2022 by Bobbi Brown

I’ve actually decided not to do an annual beauty favourites for 2022. I did one back in August for my Summer Beauty Favourites and I’ve not tried too many more products to add to this post. However, I’m wanting to highlight individual products more in 2023 and pretty much do a lot more beauty reviews. I have and try so many different products, it’s silly of me to not create more content on them. One of my favourite products for 2022 was the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. I managed to pick up this product over the festive period from Notino in a gift set which included the Soothing Cleansing Oil Gentle Cleansing Oil, the Repair Intense Revitalizing Eye Cream and of course my well loved, Face Base.

I always love picking these gift sets up as it gives you an opportunity to try some new products. Of course, I’m going to talk about the #1 starring product of the set which is the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base and personally, I am crowning this my must have face product of 2022. The Face Base can be used as a primer or a moisturiser and I use this before popping on make-up on top. I find this product ultra moisturising and a perfect base for applying make-up. It’s got a pretty subtle scent to it but I’m rather a fan of it. Whilst I’ve previously used primers which made my skin feel smooth and soft, none have held make-up on top as well as this product. If you’re still not completely sold, I’d pick up a travel size to give it a go! That’s what I did and now I’m on my third tub!

The Bobbi Brown Moisture Set also includes the soothing cleansing oil which is something I’ve never tried before. This bottle is a sample size but as I said, it’s good to try these products out and see if you get on with them. I primarily use Cleansing Balm so an Oil is a little different to what I am used to. Overall, I’m not the biggest fan of oils as they can sometimes be ever so oily. After using the Bobbi Brown Cleansing Oil a few times, I’ve found that it’s an excellent formula. It doesn’t leave you feeling all sticky and greasy. It’s got a luxury spa like scent with extracts of Jasmine, Lily and Goji Berry and it leaves your skin feeling so soft and smooth.

The third and final product in Bobbi Brown Moisture Set is the Repair Eye Cream Intense. I won’t lie, this is the smallest sample ever but I guess with most eye products, a little can go a long way. It’s not like you’ll be smothering it on around the eyes. I have previously used Bobbi Brown eye creams and have always been a big fan of them. This is the intense version and whilst I can’t really see majorly any differences from the one I usually use. However, I’ve always found it a great product to use.
