My October Beauty Favourites 2019
I can’t even remember the last time I did a beauty favourite! I believe my last one was nearly two years ago, so it really has been a hot minute. However, recently there has been a fair few new products that have caught my attention. Especially when it comes to skincare, I’ve been try out a lot of different products which have been working pretty well for me. I thought a beauty favourites post was well overdue and to be honest, I just wanted to rave about these products!

The Ordinary Silicone Primer
Throughout the beauty world, The Ordinary has become a cult favourite. It’s affordable and the products are apparently amazing. The Ordinary Silicone Primer is the first and only product that I’ve tried from them. I think this was around £4 from ASOS and it’s one of the best Primers I’ve ever used. It leaves your skin super smooth and sometimes I even just put this on without applying make-up afterwards. You do get through the product quite quickly but for £4 you really can’t go wrong. I do want to try more from The Ordinary so do leave your recommendations in the comments.

The Body Shop Vitamin C Liquid Peel
The Vitamin C Liquid Peel came highly recommended from a few of my friends so I knew I had to give it a go. This gel-like product literally peels away any dead skin from your face and leaves you with a glowing complexion. If you consistently use this product, you only need to do a peel every week or so. It’s a really effective product and it’s helped with dry skin around the nose for sure!

utan X Jamie Genevieve Tanning Water
I’m a massive fan of Jamie Genevieve so I had to check out her tanning collaboration with utan. The tanning water is to be used on the face and although the bottle says you can use it before make-up or as a primer – I spray it before bed after my skincare routine. I’ve found that this spray applies really well and I wake up with an even glow to my face. The tan can be buildable if you use it quite frequently. It’s become a staple in my tanning routine as it’s just so easy to use!

Hugo Boss BOSS Orange Fragrance
The BOSS Orange Fragrance by Hugo Boss* has become literally the only perfume I have been using since I got it in August. I’m pretty sure this fragrance was released ages ago but I’ve only just discovered it through a friend. It’s not the usual fragrance I would go for which is why I think I like having something a little different. The scent has notes of orange blossom, vanilla and sandalwood.

Pixi DetoxifEYE Depuffing Eye Patches
One of the brands I’ve been trying lot’s of different products from is Pixi. They have sent me a couple of very generous press parcels full of skincare and beauty goodies. I’m going to do a more in-depth post of which products I really rate. For now, one of the stand out product is the DetoxifEYE Depuffing Eye Patches*, they are so cooling and just great to pop under your eyes after a long day. They work amazing if you pop them in the fridge to let them cool even more. You get 30 patches in a pot so they can last you quite a long time too.
Have you got any recent beauty favourites that you really love? What new releases have caught your eye?
XOXO
