The Breakfast Club, Spitalfields
Before London Fashion Week, My Mum and I spent a few girly days there doing well… girly things. One of the places we made a pit stop at was The Breakfast Club! Down a dead side street leading on to Spitalfields Market, we thought this place wasn’t going to live up to the hype. Oh but it did, the place was heaving and they were even filming The Gadget Show in the corner. The decor was so cute with retro red booths, bold flashing lights and chequered table cloths. We got sat down immediately and both ordered orange juices and a The Half Monty (which i did swap the eggs for potato bits). We didn’t wait too long before the food came and It was one of the best breakfast’s I’d had in a long time. I think it was about £8 for the half breakfast which i thought was reasonable, especially in London. I’ll most defiantly be going back again, and possibly for an evening meal. It’s probably one of the worst kept secrets that in the basement is a nightclub which to enter you have to go through the Smeg Fridge. I just want to return to pay a visit there. We were sat by the “Smeg Fridge” and my Mum just wouldn’t believe that it wasn’t an actual fridge.
Is it a fridge?
Has anyone been here before? I know there is a fair few around London. I want to try their pancakes next time! If you are looking for some other delicious restaurant reviews, check out my Food Directory.
