Nuvo Masquerade Party
Hi Guys, Sorry I’ve been pretty absent recently but this post will explain what has been occupying my time. If you’re familiar with my social media goings-on, You’ll probably hear I’ve been doing a little bit of charity work. Myself and a few other girls from University started ‘Bricoleur Events’ and have organized a fabulous Masquerade Party at Nuvo bar, Brindley Place in Birmingham on the 11th (Next Tuesday). We’re donating all proceeds to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
The event itself has taken ALOT of planning, we started off with nothing so we’ve been fundraising ALOT and also raised nearly £250 in online donations. There have been some insanely generous companies who have donated their services, time and money which we have been ever so grateful for. Our luxury raffle has prizes up for grabs for over £1,800 with a Harvey Nichols Hamper, Disney on Ice Tickets, Make-Up sets, Hotel Stays and Aston Martin Goodies and waaay more – Insane!
On the evening we have so much going on including a Fashion Show hosted by Miss Birmingham and showcasing some lovely online stores. A photobooth, The raffle, Topless Waiters (Oh yeah!), Henna Art, Entertainment and even a few Goody Bags for guests!
