Jil Sander Sun Eau De Toilette Review
Whilst I have a pretty huge collection of perfumes, I can sometimes get a little precious about using the nice, expensive ones. On a day to day basis, I do tend to reach for more inexpensive scents that I don’t mind throwing in my bag and using liberally. Recently I picked up a new scent from Notino. I managed to find a great deal on their Summer Black Friday event. The latest addition to my perfume collection is the Jil Sander Sun Eau De Toilette.

Jil Sander Sun Eau De Toilette was a major bargain and I can already tell it’s going to be my scent of the Summer. I picked up the 75ml bottle, it’s quite a plain white bottle which isn’t too fancy but I don’t mind shoving this in my bag and taking it around with me. This scent really is the epitome of Summer. I actually was spraying it around Stefan and asked him of his thoughts and his reply was “That smells like holidays’. In my eyes that is a winner for me. Also it’ll be great to have this in Winter when I’m dreaming of Summer and going abroad.

So what is in this fragrance which makes it basically smell like Summer? Jil Sander Sun Eau de Toilette has some fruity top notes with African orange blossom and rosewood. It’s also got some floral notes of rose, lily of the valley and ylang-ylang with base notes of vanilla, amber and sandalwood. So basically, there really is a bit of everything but it’s an excellent combination which is basically the scent of summer. What I can’t believe is thet Jil Sander Sun was actually launched way back in 1989 so this has been around for over thirty years! It’s got to be pretty good to be still around!
I’m going to be doing a fragrance collection soon. However, I’d love to hear what your current favourite is? Do you have seasonal scents?
XOXO
