Holiday Beauty Essentials for 2022
We are well and truly in the height of Summer and I thought I would share some of my Holiday Beauty Essentials. These were all must haves for me when I went to Florida in May and they’ll be coming in my make-up bag when I go to Italy soon. Whilst I’ve not really included any make-up products, these are the essentials which I think work really well on holiday, especially in warmer temperatures. All products mentioned can be picked up from Notino.co.uk and they have some great deals on at the moment during their Summer Black Friday event.

I’ve spoken about sunscreen and SPF quite a lot on my blog. For obvious reasons, it’s super important to keep your skin protected in the sun. I’ve got to say La Roche- Posay have got some of the best SPF products on the market. Both the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Protective Fluid and the Anthelios Refreshing Mattifying Facial Spray are both holiday essentials. The Anthelios Protective Fluid is pretty much invisible and blends in to the skin so well. It’s excellent for putting on below make-up. The Facial Spray on the other hand is so easy to apply by just spraying across the face. This also sits so well with make-up and I can’t do without either on holiday!

I’m sure you’ll have heard the major hype surrounding the Bobbi Brown Face Base. I finally caved and picked up a travel size version and let me tell you it lives up to the hype. The Face Base is a moisturiser but also an excellent primer for make-up. Not only does this product smell amazing (mainly as it includes shea butter) but it just applies amazingly. I’ve found it so hydrating and my make-up applies so nicely after using the face base. I think it’s time to pick up the bigger version!

Once I’ve applied my make-up, I cannot live without the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray. This has got to be the best setting spray that I have used. This was another essential in my make-up bag when I went to Florida. It’s great for using on holiday as it does so well at setting the make-up and keeping it looking amazing even in such hot temperatures.

We all know how much I love Sol De Janiero. Whilst the Sol De Janiero Bum Bum Cream is a major essential for me, I thought I’d add a few other products from the brand which I really rate. The Sol De Janiero Fragrance Mist is still the same iconic Brazilian Crush scent but this is perfect to take on holiday, keep in your beach bag and give yourself a quick spritz. I can’t tell you how obsessed I am with this scent, so having a fragrance mist is a must for me.
I also need to mention the Sol De Janiero Dry Shampoo. Whilst this is kind of on the pricier side of dry shampoos, it smells incredible and I also think it’s an excellent product. I took this to Florida with me and a quick spray and my hair was feeling fresh, volumized and also smelt great! You can see my recent Sol De Janiero Haul & First Impressions here.
What are your Summer holiday beauty essentials?
XOXO
