Sol De Janiero Haul & First Impressions

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I have an ongoing partnership with Notino. I absolutely love working with them as they stock so many of my favourite brands such as MAC, Stigma, Morrocanoil, Anastasia Beverly Hills and even Bath & Body Works products. I’m so happy though as they have a new addition to their site which is Sol De Janiero. I’ve been using Sol De Janiero since 2017 when i saw quite a few beauty bloggers picking up the famous Bum Bum Cream in the US and it’s been a staple in my life ever since. Now that the full range including perfumes, haircare and even a deodorant stick is on Notino, I thought it would be a good chance to try some of the other products. So here’s a little Sol De Janiero haul & first impressions.

BRAZILIAN Bum Bum Cream

Starting off with the classic Brazilian Bum Bum Cream. This is the hero product from the brand! The Brazilian signature scent is so addictive and just smells of pistacio, vanilla and salted caramel. So basically heaven. This body butter comes in a range of sizes, including a mini which is perfect for travelling. I have been using this religiously for a couple of years as it’s just the most heavenly scent. The cream does also help with tightening your bum and thighs and leave them feeling silky smooth.

I’ve got to mention there is a few other ranges at Sol De Janiero with different scents such as Bom Dia Bright & Coca Cabana. Everything I’ve picked up is from the Brazilian range but I do want to try some of the other scents.

Shampoo & Conditioner

I was ever so excited when I saw Sol De Janiero launched the haircare and had Shampoo and Conditioner a few years ago. It’s taken me a few years to pick them up but I can’t wait to use them. They are both with that delectable vanilla scent that we all love. I’m going to do a full review once I have used both the Shampoo and Conditioner as I know a few of you will be intrigued to know how I get on.

Hand Cream

I’m super obsessed with hand creams. I’ve done a fair few posts on some of my favourites. I suffer from quite dry hands, especially in winter so I do like a good hand cream. This one has gone straight to the top of my favourite hand cream. Obviously it smells amazing but it’s so moisturising and leaves my hands so nourished. The cream has Brazil Nut Selenium in it which I can only imagine does wonders for dry skin.

I did also pick up the Brazilian Bum Bum Jet Set. This set is perfect for travelling for. Not only does it include a miniature Bum Bum Cream but you also get a miniature Brazilian 4 Play Shower Gel and a Brazilian Crush Cheirosa ’62 Perfumed Body and Hair Mist. I’ve been using the Body & Hair Mist quite a lot and I’m a huge fan. I do think its one of those which will be a signature holiday scent or just great for Summer. Although it’s only a fragrance mist, I’ve found that it’s super long lasting. I am still yet to open the Shower Gel but I feel like this would be a good one to take on holiday with me as it’s the perfect size for two weeks!
