My Summer Nails with Essie

It might not feel like Summer at the moment with all this rain but my nails have certainly had a Summer glow-up! To tell you the truth, the last couple of months, I’ve not been wearing that much nail polish as I’ve been doing a lot of sewing. They seem to get ruined working on the machine all the time. So it finally feels amazing to get them painted with some gorgeous Summer shades from Essie Nail Polish.

Essie is probably my favourite brand when it comes to nail polishes, their shade range is just so timeless and pretty. Who doesn’t love a bit of Candy Mint Apple? Blogger favourite from 2012. At the moment for Summer, I’m all about the beautiful pinks, purples and nudes. I picked a few Essie Nail Varnish shades from Notino and thought I would share some of my favourites at the moment. I also will add that I do use a nail strengthener base coat and a clear topcoat and these shades have lasted me a few weeks without chipping. Essie is always a great brand for longevity in the polishes.

As you can see they are absolutely stunning shades. I’m currently obsessed with the Birthday Girl sparkly topcoat. It works really well overall the shades and I will be wearing it next week for my Birthday! Because who doesn’t want sparkly nails for their Birthday?! Go Ginza is another top favourite of mine as it’s just a lovely lilac shade but it really stands out. I’d been looking for something like this for ages and it was just the perfect shade.

As I said before, they are such high-quality polishes and I would really recommend trying Essie if you haven’t already. I’ve found that these are the most affordable long-lasting polishes. However, I would also highly recommend applying with a base and topcoat! I’d love to hear which shade above is your favourite!

XOXO
