  1. I’m going to try and love myself a bit more and concentrate more on my mental health than physical health!

  2. Well I have to confess I never make new years resolutions, as I don’t believe there is a specific time to set your goals. If I wanted to set a goal I’d do it immediately, wouldn’t wait until January.

  3. To exercise three times a week and to read more books – I think I’m going to do a goodreads book year challenge to help me with that one!

  4. My new years resolution is to accomplish some objectives that I always wanted: finally get braces and get my driving license and then buy a car!

  5. To be more positive, stay awake from people who are negative and fake confidence for my 14 month old so he has a happy Mummy

  6. I’ve not even thought about mine yet, but I suspect it will be the same as usual- to reduce waste by always using items up, be they food, beauty or craft products, before starting a new one and potentially wasting part of two packs.

  7. To be kinder to myself and prioritise myself and my daughter’s wellbeing and happiness first. 2018 has been so hard but towards the end I finally feel ready to make huge changes.

  8. I intend to loose a stone in weight but once the Christmas sweets are all gone, too much temptation while they are in the house

  9. My New Years Resolution is to have more ‘me time’, pamper time, travel more, discover new things and of course stay fit and healthy! Happy New Year Rachel and all!

  10. Really need to quit eating junk food & eat more fruit & veg and remind myself that sharing bags of cadburys buttons are for sharing 🙂

  11. I don’t do resolutions anymore, I always break them. So I am just going to endeavour to be positive and happy this year.

  12. To socialise and get outdoors more – and to also focus on my anorexia recovery goals!

  13. My Resolutions are to waste less food, read more books and make an effort to see my friends more.

  14. I am going to start saying no rather than feel pressured in to anything just to keep others happy! I have learnt that Life is too short to do things you really don’t want or have to do. Happy New Year 🙂

  15. To drink more water and eat my 5 a day! Although im pretty sure that was my resolution last year ?

  16. I am going to try and open my eyes more to the beauty of the outside world. I usually walk past in a rush and miss everything right outside my front door.

  17. My resolution was to do something which pushes me – I am flying to Australia with 3 young boys in April!!!! and to do more things for myself and what I enjoy doing

  18. To be kinder to myself and start my 50 Shades of Me List! 50 things to do before I’m 50…I’m going to be 44 in February, so time is of the essence lol. I’m off to a Soulful weekend in Amsterdam on April and to Stings Hence in the summer for the summer solstice. I can’t wait to release my inner hippie 🙂

  19. I intend to take part in my local beach cleans this year and help remove the huge amount of rubbish off them.

  20. I’m not making any apart from being more true to myself from moment-to-moment and to do what feels right for the occasion so that we all win.
