Beauty: September Favourites

I wasn’t so sure about doing a September favourites as I spent most of the time in America, but there has been a couple of products that have caught my eye and stood out for me. I did pick up a fair few items from Sephora and Ulta whilst I was in the states and I’m pretty sure a couple of them will be popping up in next month’s favourites.

I obviously had a limited amount of makeup with me, but I took a few samples and tried them out. I really loved the Malin+Goetz lip moisturizer which I got in a little tester kit free with ELLE magazine. This product is unbelievably moisturizing and was brilliant when my lips got dry in the heat.

In this month’s Elle magazine (another Elle freebie) you get an Orly Colour Blast Nail Polish. As I’m a subscriber, I didn’t have choice in which shade I am given but I am so happy I got ‘Neon Grape’. It’s such a gorgeous purple shade and I am so obsessed with it. The magazine only just came out so you can still pick it up and get a free Orly polish – There are three or four other shades to choose from too!

As soon as I heard Fleur De Force had collaborated with Eylure on an eyelashes collection, I knew I had to try them out and decided to get the Fleur Loves Lashes. Only in the past six months have I started to wear lashes more often but I’m no expert and really like easy to apply lashes and these are super easy and look fab! I love that they are 3/4 length because I always end up chopping wider ones and I’ve had no problems with them falling off and I wore them in the Floridian heat!

My last favourite is Dior’s Rouge Couture Colour lipstick in shade 359 Miss. I originally bought this for my graduation as a little treat. It’s a lovely rosy pink shade, nothing too shocking but a lovely colour. The lipstick is also really moisturising and lasted really well throughout the day.

Dying to try the flur de force lashes, they look gorgeous! X

After starting out with no problem at all, I must have bought the wrong brand or something because now I have serious trouble getting false eyelashes to stick 🙁 I'll have to try the Fleur de Force ones out! Hannah x

I am looking for some new eyelashes so going to check out Fleur's ones 🙂

That Dior lipstick is so pretty! I LOVE the Fleur lashes, they're so lightweight and easy to apply, 3/4 ones make life so much easier – I always trim mine to this length!
