Chatsworth House at Christmas

Happy December! I’m going try and do blogmas and post everyday but I’m not too sure how it’s going to work out with my heavy workload at uni. I thought seen as it’s ‘blogmas’ day one, I would post about my day at Chatsworth House this weekend. Excuse the 101 photo’s, I got snap happy.

Chatsworth House is a beautiful stately home in Derbyshire, every Christmas they decorate the house with a different theme. This year’s was inspired by Alice In Wonderland. It was £20 for entry which included seeing all the decorations and access to the grounds and gardens.

One of the highlights of the visit was the farmshop, the goods on sale are to die for. It’s just a short drive away from the house and you can pick up everything from meat, bread and even Christmas goodies. I completely recommend to pick up their popular lemon curd.

Let me know if you’ve been to Chatsworth or planning to go this year. I went a couple of years back for their russian doll theme, I can’t wait to see what they have next year!

XOXO
