My In’s and Out’s for 2024

Instead of New Year’s Resolutions and goals, I’ve seen In’s and Out’s all over social media and I thought I would write my own. I think In’s and Out’s are a great way of positively making change in your life without coming up with unattainable goals. However, I have made a few monthly goals that I’ve actually been keeping up with. Without further ado, here’s my 2024 In’s and Out’s.

My In's and Out's for 2024

In’s

  • Experiences over things
  • Daily Movement (January goal is to do 10k steps a day with progression into a bit more)
  • Prioritising consistent Self-Care
  • Home Cooking – More Fruit & Veggies and Less takeaways (also helps with saving money too!)
  • Quality time with loved ones
  • Posting more content (On both socials and on my blog)
  • Positive mindset & Believing in myself
  • Decluttering (I NEED a good clear out!)
  • Drink more water and staying hydrated (less fizzy drinks too!)
  • Living my best life as i turn THIRTY in 2024

Out’s

  • Worrying & Overthinking!
  • Comparing myself to others – you are on your own journey!
  • Endless Scrolling & Excessive screen time.
  • Less Junk Food
  • Procrastination
  • Hoarding clothes that no longer fit “just in case”
  • Impulse spending (didn’t go too well, I impulse purchased a treadmill in the first week of January)
  • Other people’s opinions
  • Saving things for best

I’m actually really happy with the In’s and Out’s that I’ve set out for myself in 2024. I’m so excited for this year, it’s going to be a big one. I’ve got a big birthday, some amazing concerts, Glastonbury and some incredible trips planned. I’m hoping alongside, I can keep up with my In’s and Out’s, stay fit, healthy and happy.

I’m going to be doing a few extra blogpost about my journey this year with staying active. I’m also planning to do a quarterly beauty empties as I plan on having a beauty ban whilst using A LOT of what I already have. I’m very much guilty of hoarding! So stay tuned for lot’s of exciting content in 2024. If you’ve got any requests or suggestions of what you’d like to see from me, do let me know in the comments below.

XOXO
