Festive Gift Guide 2022: For Her
I’m back with another Festive Gift Guide and this one is for the ladies in your life. As we’re on the countdown to the December 25th, there isn’t too long to get your shopping done! Whether that’s your Mum, Sister, Girlfriend or just Best Friend – Hopefully this will give you a few ideas.

I’m going to start off with a Gin gift set because I know a lot of ladies in my life who’d appreciate a cheeky tipple. MOM Gin is branded Queen of the Gins and is an excellent gift, especially for Mamas! The MOM Gin triple pack includes miniatures of the classic MOM God Save The Gin, the berry-filled MOM Love Gin, and the royally-delicious MOM Rocks Gin. I’ve actually sampled these gins and they are delicious and went down a treat. It’s always good to get your hands on a few miniatures so you can try before picking up a big bottle. Miniatures are also great for a stocking filler idea too!

There’s no denying that one of the best presents to receive at Christmas is a new set of PJ’s and some slippers. You can’t go wrong with a set of cosy slippers and these Gisele booties from Bedroom Athletics will certainly warm up your tootsies! They also have a memory foam footbed so it’ll be like walking on clouds around the house. I’ve got to say these are so soft and certainly the perfect gift for the ladies in your life.

Another cosy addition to the Festive Gift Guide is from the Scottish label Knitwear Queen. They have a wide variety of luxury accessories from bobble hats to snoods. I had to include the Ava faux fur hat which is in this gorgeous Rosebud Pink colour. It’s honestly so soft and 30% cashmere which you can really tell. Whilst I’m usually a neutrals gal this Rosebud Pink colour is stunning!

When it comes to purchasing for the ladies in your life, this is a great time to get some pampering products for the girls. There’s nothing better than a good pamper session and Temple Spa have got an excellent seasonal gifting collection this Christmas. You can relax and rejuvenate with their nourishing treats. I’ve included the Peacetime Resorting Bath Salts and Breathe Deep Aromatic Festive Diffuser in this gift guide. The bath salts are the perfect gift for someone who loves their long relaxing baths and these will also take the stress away from their day. I also can’t resist a Festive Diffuser and the Breathe Deep Diffuser smells incredible. It’s perfect for Christmas time.

Following on with the pampering theme and the brand Olverum. I’ve previously featured this brand in my gift guides but this year I’m including the newly launched Body Cleanser. First of all, I’ve got to say I love this packaging. The packaging alone makes it look like a very lovely gift but the product is also super high quality and a great stocking filler. This for me is an essential for a pamper session and can really help with dry and dehydrated skin. The innovative formulation has been in the works for five years and includes an aromatic blend of essential oils which helps ease stress and relax tension in both mind and body.

Candles are another gift that usually always go down well with the ladies in your life. They are also ideal to pop into a pamper hamper as who doesn’t love lighting a candle during self-care Sunday? This White Camellia candle from the Copenhagen Candle Company smells divine. This is definitely one to have burning during a pamper session! There is a range of different scents on the Copenhagen Company website including diffusers and room sprays. Of course, there’s also a huge selection of festive scents which is great for this time of the year.

I’m a big fan of Arran – Sense of Scotland and have featured them many times on my Gift Guides. They honestly do the most stunning gift sets inspired by the Isle of Arran and with a wide variety of products there is something for everyone. They even do grooming sets which will be perfect for the men in your life. I’ve picked the Orris and Violet leaf Hand Care Set which is inspired by the tranquillity of Kildonan beach. The set includes both a 300ml hand wash and a 300ml hand cream. This certainly would be an ideal gift for your Mum or Grandma and will make sure their hands are lovingly looked after this Winter.

On the subject of hands, I had to include a lovely nail set from the brand Jessica Cosmetics. I’ve used Jessica nail polishes for a while, it was actually my Grandma who bought me a few shades and they are honestly so long lasting and great quality. They have a few limited edition gift sets available this Christmas including the Decadent Collection which features three gorgeous shades and base coat and brilliance top coat. The shades are really stunning including a red – perfect for the festive season!

I’ve got to include a perfume in the Gift Guide and this year I’m including the Carolina Herrera Good Girl Supreme. I’ve actually been using the original Good Girl scent and it’s incredible. The Supreme version is a reinvented formula of the amber scent. We can all see from the images that the real star of the show is the packaging. The bottle itself is actually incredible and would look amazing on anyone’s dressing table. Personally, I think this is a great going out scent and is certainly up there with the most exciting scent to purchase as a gift this Christmas!

I guess Christmas is also a good time to give practical gifts that people don’t really want to purchase themselves. A great example is an electric toothbrush. Ideally, you do need an electric toothbrush for perfect oral health but who actually wants to spend money on one. The Oral-B Vitality 100 3D White toothbrush is a great one for a gift, it’s not too expensive but does the job. When it comes to practical gifts, I’ve asked for a toastie maker this year!

We all could do with a little more Joy in our lives. My friend Sophie Cliff is a Joy Coach and has just released her debut book entitled Choose Joy: Relive Burnout, Focus on your Happiness, and infuse more joy into your everyday life. The book is really great, filled with practical advice we can all benefit from. Most of us are guilty of hitting a complete burnout and letting the stress of daily life get to us, this book will most definitely give you an insight how to turn it around.

I don’t know about you but I’m a total stationary hoarder. I love a good notebook with fancy pens to make lists about lists. Stabilo have a range of Metallic pens which are honestly so pretty! They are great for sparkling up a bullet journal or doing fancy calligraphy on greetings cards. For a stationary lover, these are an absolute must and would make an excellent stocking filler!

Now that I am homeowner, I’ll admit that the majority of what I buy is now homeware. I’m very obsessed with Christmas homeware pieces. There will be a haul coming soon but home pieces also make great gifts. Especially if you’ve got friends or family who have recently bought their first home or moved home. I’ve included the most adorable pieces from the Nutcracker Collection at from Kitchen Craft at Cook Serve Enjoy. Nutcracker salt and pepper pots, is there anything more cute?! I also love the Nutcracker cheeseboard, it’s got a lovely design on it and a cheese board always makes a great gift. You can always pair this gift with a cheese hamper so they can crack it open right away on Christmas day.

Finally, for the travel lovers and I know there will be a few reading this, we have some incredible prints from Dreamers Who Travel. They create vibrant travel posters are inspired by a passion for travel. They can look great in any room in the home or office to remember the good times in your favourite destinations. I’ve obviously included a print from New York City which is my favourite place in the world. It’s a great present to buy someone who has recently visited one of those places as a memory of a great trip. The prints vary from Barbados to Lapland and start at £12 a print.
