Tiffany & Co. ‘Vision & Virtuosity’ Exhibition at The Saatchi Gallery
A few weekends ago, My Mum and I was down in London to see Adele live in Hyde Park. She was incredible. However, I was also really lucky to snag some last minute tickets to the Tiffany & Co. ‘Vision & Virtuosity’ exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery. The exhibition is running at the Chelsea gallery until August 19th 2022. The tickets were free via the Tiffany’s app. I wasn’t sure what to expect, in fact I thought it would be quite a small exhibit – maybe two or three rooms, especially given that it was free. I was aware that there’s been loads of marketing around London though. Including putting Tiffany blue lights on Harrods! However, it by far exceeded all expectations and we were there for an hour and half!
Tiffany & Co. is a brand which I am absolutely obsessed with. I’m very fortunate to have a few pieces of jewellery which I have been collecting since I was 16. So I was obviously pretty excited to see what the ‘Vision & Virtuosity’ exhibit was all about! I thought I’d do a blogpost as I took a lot of photos! So if you’re thinking about picking up some free tickets, hopefully this post will help you decide whether to go or not. Or if you aren’t able to get down to London, here is a snippet of the exhibition.

Tiffany Creativity Room
After going through a security check, we headed straight into the first room which was all about the Creativity of Tiffany. This room had some incredible jewels and explored the creativity of the advertising of the brand and of course, their iconic window displays. The way that the jewellery was showcased on these displays was incredible. I’ve got to say The Great Gatsby display with the Montana Sapphire necklace was a favourite of mine.

World of Tiffany Room
The next room was all about the World of Tiffany and went back to the beginning of the Tiffany & Co. brand. One of the most iconic items in this room is an original Tiffany Blue Box which is said to have been from the late 1800s. It’s crazy how after all this time, the famous packaging has lived on and today is still so iconic. I loved seeing all the different artefacts from the world of Tiffany throughout the years. You can see articles from when the famous 5th Avenue store opened, items from the New York’s World Fair, Royal Warants and movie posters from which Tiffany jewels have featured.
Especially in the USA, Tiffany is behind some of the most well recognised trophies such as the Vince Lombardi Trophy which is awarded to the winning team of the Super Bowl. This trophy along with many others is also on display as this crafted by the House of Tiffany & Co.

Blue Book Room
Moving upstairs, the next room is the Blue Book Room. The Blue Book is essentially the annual catalogue of Tiffany & Co which has been created every year since 1845. I had no idea that Tiffany & co. was the first retailer to do a catalogue! This room had some incredibly beautiful pieces which will have been seen in the blue book through the years. Also in this room were some particularly incredible art deco styled lamp.

Tiffany Love Room
I think we can also agree that one of the most coveted pieces from Tiffany & Co. is their signature engagement ring. There was a whole huge room celebrating the love and the spectacular Tiffany setting engagement ring. As we exited the room, we noticed a little que. On further inspection, a member of staff informed us it was for the ‘try on room’. I’m sure you can all imagine how delighted I was to find out we could try on an actual Tiffany & Co. engagement ring. I did sent a few photos to Stefan hoping he would get the hint.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s
It was then on to my favourite room. A whole room celebrating the brands involvement in the Audrey Hepburn movie; Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I’ve got to say my favourite place in the whole world has got to be the Tiffany & Co. store on 5th avenue. This stems from the first time I ever watched Breakfast at Tiffany’s and saw Audrey Hepburn step foot inside the store. The exhibition had it’s own 5th Avenue store model, an iconic NYC yellow cab and even the Oscar’s that was won for the movie.

Miracles of Nature Room
The next room really was truly spectacular, it was just diamonds after diamonds. The show stopping piece of the room was reimagined world’s fair necklace from 1939. It was set with the a oval empire diamond wit over 80 carats. Now that is just mind blowing! It makes history as the most expensive piece ever by Tiffany & Co. Another incredible piece was the Savoy headpiece which you may even recognise as it was in The Great Gatsby movie worn by Carey Mulligan.

The Tiffany Diamond Room
The finally room is where you’ll find the Tiffany Diamond. The Tiffany Diamond is a 128.54 yellow diamond and is arguably one of their most iconic and well known item. You may have recognised the diamond as Lady Gaga wore it to the Oscars in 2019 and also Beyonce was seen wearing it in the latest Tiffany adverts. It’s actually only been worn four times publicly! Audrey Hepburn also wore it in publicity photos for Breakfast at Tiffanys too! Using the App, we could also use Virtual Reality to wear the diamond ourselves!
After heading out the Tiffany Diamond room, it was time to exit via the gift shop. Now if you’re expecting to buy a few things, I’ll let you know it isn’t cheap. You’ve got notebooks for £33, Pen for £45, Tote bag for £35 and an umbrella for £75. That’s all I can remember. However, there’s a great photo opportunity where you can sit in a Tiffany box!
If you’re interested in visiting the Tiffany & Co. ‘Vision & Virtuosity’ Exhibition, head over to the Tiffany & Co. app where you can get tickets for free. You can also use the App during the exhibition as an audio guide. Make sure you bring your headphones! I’d thoroughly recommend trying to visit if you have the chance as it really was so interesting and all the jewels was so mesmerising! If you’re looking to extend your Tiffany & Co. day out in London, check out the Blue Box Cafe in Harrods! It’s amazing!
Have you been to the Tiffany & Co ‘Vision & Virtuosity’ Exhibition yet? Do you have plans to?

What an amazing exhibition!!!!! Buying a Tiffany is my dream!!!
It looks like a beautiful exhibition. I wanted to go, but it’s now fully booked. Owning a Tiffany and Co piece would be a dream though, one day soon.
