Irvine – Irvine is a small city located in Orange County, and has been voted as one of the wealthiest and safest cities in the US to live. It is the home to over 200 of the Fortune 500 companies and has a great reputation for its education system. The average cost of homes in Irvine is $1.37 Million, but if you have a healthy budget for your next home, then this is certainly a city to seriously consider.
Napa Valley – World renowned for its exceptional food and wine, it is often referred to as wine country. You can expect a gorgeous warm climate, an outdoor person’s haven. With many highly rated golf courses and trails to explore, you could never get bored here. The only downside to Napa Valley is the commute to San Francisco if you are working in the city – you can expect this journey to take you roughly an hour and a half.
