Valentines Gift Guide 2021

With just under a week to go until Valentines Day, it’s not too late to pick up a couple of things for the loved ones in your life. Whether you are doing Palentines or Valentines, I’m sharing some of my favourite (& very pink and adorable) items which I think would make excellent gifts or great for just treating yourself. Stefan and I have never really gone overboard with Valentines Day, usually just a meal for two at home so this year will be no different as we’re in lockdown. I’m going to be doing another blog post on some of the best ideas on how to make the day a little more interesting though.

I’m actually obsessed with all the limited edition heart-shaped items which get released at this time of the year. Everything is so adorable! From exclusive make-up lines to fancy heart-shaped chocolate, I’m sharing some of my top picks. But be quick, you don’t have long!

I love limited edition beauty collections for Valentines Day, the new Nars Claudette Collection features the St Germain Des Prés Eyeshadow Palette. Not only has the palette got some gorgeous shades but how pretty is the packaging! Perfect for gifting this Valentine’s Day! Pure Skin Lab also has a range of beautiful gifts for Valentines Day including this Rose Quartz Face Roller. I also need to mention the IT Cosmetics Heart-shaped brush. I think you can get this all year round but how adorable is it? It’s been on my wishlist for the longest time!

Now is an as good time as any to take up a new hobby which is why I’ve included these incredible pink roller skates. I’d most likely be hopeless but how amazing would it be to roll about in these?! If you want to keep your feet firmly on the ground and off wheels, Kurt Gieger have the most amazing rainbow heart trainers!

For a real luxury treat, look no further than this Mulberry beauty. They have a selection of heart-shaped coin purses including this one which is in neon pink. This one retails at £165 so it’s a little on the expensive side but how pretty is it?! Another luxury item worth considering is a Diptique candle and they have brought out a limited edition design for Valentines Design for the Roses Scent. These candles are amazing and you can do countless things with the empty jars!

You can’t ever go wrong with chocolates for Valentine’s Day and Hotel Chocolat is very much a favourite of mine. These Melting Hearts are a great little gift but if you are wanting to splash out, The Velvetiser Hot Chocolate machine would be another great gift option. I got one for Christmas and absolutely love it. You also won’t go wrong with a fancy tipple. Tequila Rose is a strawberry and cream liqueur which can be used to make some delicious recipes from Strawberry Margaritas to Adult Milkshakes.

It wouldn’t be Valentines Day without mentioning the classic Emma Bridgewater heart print collection. They have recently released a collection with Chillys waterbottles which features the famous heart print. How cute would this be?! I kinda want to treat myself to one!

I’ve got a few more Valentines Day items to share with you which I think will go down a treat. Especially these beautiful red roses cupcakes which have been handmade and sent via the post by Bradford Bakers. They came super quickly and they taste delicious! It’s crazy what you can order and get delivered through the post these days. Cupcakes, Brownies and all sorts of sweet treats are sure to be a big hit with your loved ones on Valentines Day. Who could ever resist?

I also wanted to include some more beauty items which is why I’ve got a selection of Charlotte Tilbury items. I recently invested in a few items (first impressions post coming soon) and I’ve been blown away by them Not only are they amazing quality items, but they are also so pretty too! They’d make a stunning gift and there’s something for everyone’s budget from a £15 make-up bag to the Magic Cream which is around £49.

I was recently introduced to the brand Toff London who makes some lovely timepieces. I couldn’t do a Valentines Day Gift Guide without including one of their stunning watches. You can actually customise the watch faces and even include an engraving. I thought this It’s also worth mentioning they do both Men and Women’s watches too!

No gift guide would be complete without me including a gin. With so many different ones on the market, it’s hard to know which one to go for. The Mermaid Pink Gin, however, is a current favourite of mine and the bottle certainly suits the Valentines vibes! The Isle of Wight Distillery is behind the amazing Mermaid collection and the Pink edition is just a little bit of me with the flavour of fresh strawberries and lemon zest! It’s a must-try for any Gin lovers!

It’s also worth mentioning Valentines Day Cards. With many local cards shops closed, going online is probably the easiest option.
