My Current Brow Routine

My brows have become one of the most important parts of my beauty routine. Once I have fixed my brows, I’m ready to go out and face the world. I usually have my brows waxed every three months or so and I’ll tidy them up myself at home in the meantime. However, on a daily basis, I do have a few staple brow products in which I use to keep them in shape and place. I thought I would share my routine and favourite products which I have picked up from Notino.co.uk.

Benefit ka brow

We all know that Benefit are the ultimate brow brand with an extensive range of products no matter what you are looking for. It’s no wonder that many of my staple brow items are from Benefit. First things first are filling them and in and there’s a choice of powders, pencils or gel. At the moment, I am using the Benefit Ka Brow which has a gel-like consistency with a small applicator brush. The little brush is perfect for filling in the brows and almost imitating little hairs on the brow. The product is really long-lasting and it’s actually also waterproof.

Another Benefit product which I haven’t been shy of raving about is the Gimme Brow+. This is like an eyebrow mascara which you brush through the brows to get them to stay in place. If you are going to buy any brow product, it needs to be this. The product does add a little colour to the brow so it’s good at adding definition. You can read my full review on the product here.

Maybelline tattoo brow semi-permanent gel

Especially in times like this when we can’t get out to the salon, this Maybelline product is ideal for tinting the brows and giving you a little bit more colour and definition. The Maybelline Tattoo Brow Semi-Permanent Gel is super easy to use. I mean if I can do it, anyone can. You just apply the gel to the brow in the shape you desire and leave for 20 minutes and once the gel has dried up, peel it off where the semi-permanent colour will be there. It’s a pretty amazing product although don’t expect the results to last weeks like a normal tint. I’d say you need to do this every 4-5 days to keep on top of it.
