My Top 5 European Holiday Destinations & Giveaway!
We all know that I have well and truly caught the travel bug. I’m forever looking at different holidays online and finding new places to explore. I’ve teamed up with Contact Numbers UK on their #Top5EuroHols campaign. Contact Numbers UK are a fab online directory with info for companies from across different industries. For example, they’ve got many different travel brands such as Thomson Holidays and you can find all the contact information for the company. Making it super easy to get in contact with companies with enquiries.
I’ve been challenged to divulge my Top 5 European Holiday Destinations for Summer 2017. It’s quite a broad challenge but as it’s my personal preference, I’ve gone for some great sunny destinations where you can spend time at the beach yet discover different cities too. Also, I’ve got a cheeky giveaway to win some Travel Essentials. Stay tuned until the end to find out how you can win.

Ibiza
Ibiza is a destination I’ve visited quite a few times throughout my life and I feel like I’ve experienced the many sides to the Spanish island. From the insane superclubs, incredible sunsets, picturesque beaches and charming capital city, there’s something for everyone. Last year, I visited Ibiza with icelolly.com and had the time of my life. Aside from pushing myself out of my comfort zone to go parasailing, experiencing the beautiful sunset at Cafe Mambo and seeing David Guetta at Ushuia were highlights of the trip. I do have to admit, it’s quite an expensive island but it’s well worth it!

Barcelona
Barcelona may as well be my second home, I’ve just returned from my third trip this year (albeit a very short but sweet visit). I’ve well and truly fallen in love with Barcelona. There is so much to see and you’ve got the beautiful coastline to relax on too. Most of my posts about Barcelona haven’t gone live yet but I have so much to talk about, there is so much to do in the city. Obviously visiting the incredible works of Gaudi is a complete must, along with the cable cars up Mount Montjuic & drinking copious amounts of Sangria along Las Ramblas. I’m already planning my next trip to Barcelona next year.
Rhodes
I’ve mentioned in a few other posts about my love for Rhodes. I’ve not visited the island since I was a child but I have such fond memories. Lindos is an unbelievably pretty destination with charming and dainty backstreets lined with small white buildings. The whole place is just so greek and bloomin’ gorgeous. If you want a break from relaxing and sunbathing on the golden sands, take a trip to Rhodes Town where you can explore the medieval history.

South of France
Last year, I spent the week exploring the French Riveria. Along the coastline it’s unbelievably easy to get around on the train where you can hop on and hop off at each town. We based ourselves in an apartment in Nice and each day took the train to different places such as Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Eze and San Remo. I was really lucky to visit Monaco whilst the Historic Grand Prix was on and also Cannes Film Festival making the trip pretty exciting. I’ve been lusting over Amy’s photos from her recent trip to Antibes, it’s making me want to book another trip.
Croatia
Out of all the forementioned destinations, I’ve not actually visited Croatia. However, it’s pretty high up on my wanderlust list. I must admit, I wouldn’t know where to start with planning a trip as there is so many incredibly beautiful cities, beaches and national parks. A great way to explore Croatia would be to go island hopping which is what my friend Emma did. Sailing around is such a unique yet fun way to see so much of the country.
