Spring Scents: Marc Jacobs, Dot Fragrance

When it comes to fragrance, the one brand I always go to is Marc Jacobs. With Lola being my all-time favourite signature fragrance, I am always keen to try other scents from the brand. Fragrance Direct recently got in touch about their Spring Scents campaign and sent over Marc Jacobs Dot*, which I was so excited to try. Other scents perfect for Spring include Gucci Bamboo (which is a current favourite of mine), Stella POP and Jimmy Choo Blossom.

As always with Marc Jacobs fragrances, the bottle is absolutely stunning and is almost like a little ladybug. They always look fabulous on the dressing table, but I know they wouldn’t be the most practical whilst travelling. I do, however, have some of the Marc Jacobs scents in rollerballs, which are perfect for this.

With my favourite fragrances, you’ll find that they are quite fruity and floral, which is a great combination if you are looking for that light and fresh Spring Scent. Dot has fruity notes such as Red Berries whilst mixing with Vanilla and Musk base notes. It’s one of those scents that work for both the daytime and nighttime and also have a great lasting power. I think Marc Jacobs scents will always be my favourite, and there are so many that I love. Daisy Dream and Daisy are two other new additions to my perfume collection, and they also smell absolutely divine.

Another Marc Jacobs perfume I’d love to buy is Violet, which was a World Duty-Free exclusive a couple of years ago. I really regret not picking it up.
