My Haircare Routine Whilst Travelling with Percy & Reed
One of the questions I get asked the most is about my hair. To tell you the truth, I don’t have some extensive haircare routine but I do try and keep it under control with a few products from Percy & Reed. You may have noticed that I travel quite a lot, whether it’s a UK Staycation or abroad on a longer holiday, I like having my hair tamed. I’ve recently using the Percy & Reed Wanderlust Travel Set*, it’s perfect as it has everything I need for a trip away. This set came away on my Birthday trip to Chester & Liverpool a couple of weeks ago.

The Wanderlust Travel Set comes with a Wonder Care Shampoo and Conditioner, Wonder Balm, Session Hold Hair Spray and a Hydrating Body Wash. I love that it comes with a Body Wash as they set literally has everything you need whilst on your travels not limited to haircare! One of the main things that I love about Percy & Reed products is the very distinctive scent that leaves you smelling like you are fresh from the salon. The Body Wash actually has the same scent which I absolutely love. It’s limited edition to the Wanderlust Travel Set but I believe you can currently get it from their website here.

The Wonder Care Shampoo and Conditioner are both in my haircare routine whilst I’m at home and travelling. With the Conditioner, I tend to use quite a generous amount and leave it in my hair for five minutes before rinsing. You can really tell a difference if you massage it on the ends too. It leaves my hair so soft and silky when dry.

The set also contains their Wonder Balm and a Session Hold Hair Spray which is great if you’re styling your hair. I’d say the one thing missing from the set is a heat defence spray for when you’re using a hairdryer, curling tongs or straighteners. I always use heat defence spray just so it’s protected from the heat. On average, I use heat on my hair only once a week. It tends to use curling tongs with the hair spray which is great at keeping it styled and held together.

I don’t take it away on every trip but if I have room in my luggage I’ll bring along the Percy & Reed Texture Spray. I have the full-sized version of this and it’s great for giving your hair a little something about it when you’ve got waves running through.
The Percy & Reed Wanderlust set is a great addition to my travels to keep my locks under control. The set is actually worth £32.50 but retails at £24 and would last you a couple of trips. As I’ve been away a lot recently, I’ve managed to get through the Shampoo and Conditioner quite quickly so I’ve just been topping the miniatures up with my full-size ones. Perfect size for travelling with!
XOXO
