Dermalogica Skincare Detox Set
I’m finally back with a beauty post, It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I have so many new products to talk about so keep your eyes peeled. My MAC Lipstick collection is coming up next (as voted by you guys on Twitter). Today, I’m going to talk about some Demalogica products I was sent by Pure Beauty from their Skin Detox range. I don’t believe I’ve tried anything by Demalogica before so I was excited to try a few new products.
First up, we have the Multi-Active Toner*. I’m not that clued up with toners and I actually only started using one earlier this year. This toner is infused with cucumber and arnica extracts and claims to rehydrate and refresh the skin. It certainly did feel refreshing on this skin. The pump on it isn’t the best but I quite liked the product. Whether it will be a permanent addition to my skincare routine, I’m not sure.
Also in the Dermalogica Skin Detox collection is the Charcoal All-in-one Masque*. The one I was using was a 22ml one which would probably stretch to three applications. My Mum and I had a pamper night last week and used this. If you follow me on Snapchat, you would have seen some hilarious face mask snaps. I left the mask on for about 10 minutes when it had started to dry on the skin. It took me forever to rinse the mask off, it really wasn’t budging. My face was left a little red for about 20 minutes, I’m not sure if that was down to the mask or the intense rinsing. However, I don’t think my face has ever felt so soft and smooth. It has really helped my skin’s complexion and I will definitely give this another go.
Finally, we have the Hydrablur Primer*. I’ve heard about the product briefly in the blogosphere so I was excited to try this out. I’m thoroughly impressed with this product. I feel like there’s so much to say about it and I don’t know where to start. The primer is amazing at moisturising the skin whilst minimising pores and just giving your skin a blurred glaze of perfection. A new favourite primer by Dermalogica!

This kit literally seems ideal, if I’m honest – my skin’s a mess whenever the weather starts to heat up, so a detox would probably do it wonders!
So wonderful that it provides great moisture!
I should really give Dermalogica products another whirl. I’ve had a facial using them before and bought a face wash and loved them. But then went on to try other things.
The charcoal mask sounds good! And I love a good toner. 🙂
