Sunset at Promenade Des Anglais
When flying into the Cote d’Azur last week, the last thing I expected was rain! I mentioned that I was worried about it being a complete washout on my trip. Luckily it managed to brighten up so I got the chance to shoot a couple outfits on the Promenade des Anglais.
Whilst I was in the South of France, I stayed in an apartment in Nice and traveled by train to different towns each day. Nice is a great place to base yourself as it’s smack bang in the middle of the French Riveria. I did find there wasn’t a great deal to see in Nice but we didn’t do a lot of exploring there. On the first evening, we walked along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice which is lined with palm trees and a lovely evening walk.
I decided to wear this lovely white lace top with a scalloped hemline which I bought from New Look. I’d been looking for something similar for ages but nothing suited me. Everything was either cropped, had a funny neckline or too pricey. The stripey skirt is from Zara which I’ve had for a couple of years and it’s a vacation favourite!

I was so excited to get home and look through my photo’s and videos (yes, there will be a vlog! – Woop!). There’s going to be some exciting posts coming your way soon with all my French Riveria adventures. From spotting George Clooney and Kendall Jenner at Cannes Film Festival to attending the Grand Prix in Monaco! Keep your eyes peeled!

Ah what a backdrop! You look so lovely.
