Festive Gift Guide 2024: For Little Ones

It’s time for another Festive Gift Guide and this is for the little ones in your life including newborn babies all the way up to teens. I’ve always done a Festive Gift Guide for Children as whilst I don’t have children of my own (aside from Walter), most of the presents I buy at Christmas are for little ones. Whether that is friends children or one of my NINE nieces or nephews. I’ve got a lot of age ranges to cover so I’ve tried to include something for all ages.

Starting off with the YOTO Player which is an audio player which gives children the opportunity to learn and grow. The Mini player is great as it’s compact and you can take it on the go with you. It would be excellent for children to use in the car or when travelling. You can listen to stories, music and cards which help your child learn. You just pop in a different card whether thats a book such as the Harry Potter series or educational cards where you can learn maths, languages and facts from around the world. There is so many different cards you can pick up from the world of Disney, Julia Donaldson, PAW Patrol and BBC Earth. Games always go down a treat at Christmas. Fart Yoga is a great game to play with all the family and I’m sure the farting aspect will amuse a lot of little people. The game is pretty simple and involves a spot of yoga, all with the fun of a farting sloth! I’m sure this game will guarantee hours of fun for all the family. Fart Yoga can be bought from retailers such as Smyths Toy Store, Amazon, Argos and Very! Another game to mention is the Monopoly: Animal Crossing. This one would be an excellent game to play in between Christmas and New Year. I have a nephew who is obsessed with Animal Crossing, I think it’s great that they have brought out a specific Monopoly for it! You can visit different islands on the board and collect resources such as bugs, fish, fossils and fruit. Play as one of four animal crossing new horizons inspired pieced and earn nook miles! This might not mean a lot to people who don’t play Animal Crossing but Monopoly have done great with the theming of this one! Shop around for this one as I picked it up from M&S for just £8! Animal Crossing Monopoly is also available from Amazon, Argos, The Entertainer and GAME. Mixing sweet treats and loveable children’s characters. Cocoba have released an amazing Gruffalo collection made from delicious chocolate. It’s an excellent collection made with premium milk chocolate. These would be a great stocking filler, especially if your little one is a big fan of the Gruffalo. I particularly love the four hot chocolate spoons which are inspired by four different characters. Your little ones can enjoy a delicious treat over the festive season whilst even watching The Gruffalo over Christmas. This year, we have a very little new addition to the family. As a newborn, you are quite limited in terms of what to buy. They are a little too young for toys and clothes are quickly grown out of. The Sleep like a baby gift set by Bloom & Blossom is a great gift for little ones and their parents! This gift set includes products to help with baby’s bedtime including a sleep spray, baby body wash and a gentle baby balm. Bloom & Blossom is stocked in Next, Marks & Spencer, Argos, Look Fantastic and many more retailers.

For all the Harry Potter fans out there, MINISO Shop have got a great collection of nic naks. There’s some really interesting bits and pieces from Bento Boxes, socks, games and beauty items. I really loved the idea of the Harry Potter wooden stacking toy as it includes all the different houses. This will be a great one to play on Christmas Day or around the festive season whilst watching the movies. There is also a few homeware bits on MINISO Shop and I found a Hogwarts Reed Diffuser which also had one for every house too!

MINISO also stock lot’s of other branded items from Disney, Pusheen, Pokemon and Hello Kitty! For little ones, they have a cute Hello Kitty watch which is just utterly adorable! Also on MINISO is a great selection lunch bags including this cute pink heart bag. MINISO has a huge selection online but there are also shops dotted about the UK. We have one in Leeds and I can’t wait to explore in the store and see what else they have! I’m sure we’ve all heard of the concept of the Christmas Eve boxes. However, Orchard Toys have got their own Christmas Eve box complete with a Christmas game, activity book and a 25 piece puzzle. All you need is a new pair of PJ’s and Christmas Eve is sorted for your little one. I think it’s a great little activity box to get them excited the evening before and keeping it festive. The Orchard Toys Christmas Eve box is available from Argos, Amazon, JoJo Maman Bebe and direct from Orchard Toys. For something for a slightly older kids, Indu are a great beauty brand for teenagers. The brand is actually created for teens with the help of teens which I think is great as it’s all formulated for teenage skin. The Mirror Glaze Lip Glosses and Liquid Eyes Shadow Liners are my top picks and there is some amazing sparkly shades. Certainly perfect for the festive season. Indu is stocked in Sephora and there is also a wide range of skincare products too tailored the teenage skin. It’s not a Festive Gift Guide without including a little bit of Disney. Also excellent for any budding writers, this Stitch 2025 Diary is a great gift for those little ones who are social butterflies and like to do a bit of writing. The Stitch 2025 Diary is available from Danilo and features a vibrant space-themed illustrations and Stitch’s girlfriend; Angel also makes an appearance in the diary.

Make bath time an absolute party with the Boogie Bath Duck! This is such a quirky and fun stocking filler and whilst the kids would love it – I wouldn’t even mind this gift! The LED light underneath the duck fills the bath with vibrant colours to make your bath time come alive! You can pick up the Boogie Bath Duck from Gift Republic. Finally, I am obsessed with this item. The Flair Lily Panda Chair from Bed Kingdom is such a cute addition to a little ones bedroom. Can you imagine this in the corner of their bedroom for reading time. The chair is made from a boucle fabric and it’s just the sweetest thing ever. It’s perfect for anyone with a jungle themed bedroom or even a bear themed room like my nephew. The chair is currently on sale at Bed Kingdom so get on it quickly!
