Festive Gift Guide 2023: For Beauty Lovers

Welcome back to my Festive Gift Guides. The second gift guide is for the Beauty Lovers and it’s one of my favourite guides to produce. Christmas is an excellent time of the year to pick up some amazing gift sets. These sets give you the opportunity to try out some products you wouldn’t usually and also they usually come as a money saving bundle too!

Starting off with a firm favourite brand of mine which is Sol De Janeiro. The brand has always appeared on my blog a lot but I’m a huge fan. Their classic scent of their products is just heavenly. This gift set is the Bum Bum Body Delights and it’s a great way to try out some of the top products from the brand. You get the famous Bum Bum Body Cream along with a Body Scrub and Shower Gel. I’m so excited to share two incredible beauty devices from CurrentBody. These two are perfect for a beauty lover and would make excellent main presents. The first device is the CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Face Mask and I am obsessed! I’m going to do a full review of this device soon but it’s well worth having this on your Christmas list! The Face Mask is the No.1 best-selling LED face mask and you may have seen it on Emily in Paris. It’s an expensive product but I’m 100% sure it would make a beauty lovers Christmas.

The second device from CurrentBody is the NuFACE Mini Starter Kit which is a microcurrent device designed to tone, lift and contour. Once you’ve done your skincare routine, this device is best to be used five times a week and the results are pretty damn good. Again, this would make an excellent present, especially for the ones who love their skincare. CurrentBody have some amazing Black Friday deals so it’s a great time for purchasing devices like these and save some pennies!

First Aid Beauty is another solid brand with some excellent products if you’re looking to invest in some great quality skincare products. The BRRR-ighten and Hydrate Set includes their best selling facial radiance pads and ultra repair cream along with eye brightening cream and face cleanser. This set is a great purchase as the products are worth double what the set retails for. So you’re basically making money – Girl Math! The set can be bought from Look Fantastic & ASOS.

As I said before, Christmas giftsets are a great way of trying a few different products at usually a cheaper price. This Nudestix Mini Soft & Warm Nudies includes three multi-use sticks to bronze, blush and highlight. These are pretty good to have in your handbag as you can use them on your complexion, eyes and even lips.

Dr. Paw Paw for me, is always known for their amazing orginal balm (which I’ve found transforms your lips!). However, they have a full on skincare line including sheet face masks. For Christmas, they have released a little set where you can try out three of the sheet masks. It would certainly make a great stocking filler. The set includes a mask each for hydrating, soothing and glowing. The set is available on Debenhams, New Look, Freemans and direct from Dr. Paw Paw.

Superdrug currently have Dr.Paw Paw products half price for the month – although the sheet mask set isn’t included.

Next up is this Glow Recipe Gift Set which was in collaboration with the Barbie movie. I was in two minds over including this as the gift set is mostly sold out but it’s still available on Amazon. I actually picked this up in the US from Sephora but the reason I’ve still included this set is that Glow Recipe is a fantastic brand. I’ve tried a fair few of their products and the Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops and the Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturiser are my most haves. So whether you get your hands on the Barbie Kit (which does come in a rather cute tin) or pick a few items from the brand, it’s those two I recommend.

It’s been a long time coming but I’ve finally been sucked into the Refy hype. For a few years now the beauty industry have made the bold claim that you only need Refy to do your brows. It’s true. The Refy 3.0 Stage Brow Collection includes a brow sculpt, pomade and pencil. It really is everything you need. The set is available directly from Refy, Selfridges & Sephora and costs £40.

For the Molly-Mae fans out there. I’ve finally been converted to her Filter Fake Tan brand. It really does live up to the hype and makes a great stocking filler idea. I picked the tan up in the shade Dark from Selfridges and also a tanning mit. The quality of the tan is great and you can also pick up some other great Christmas presents from Filter such as slippers, dressing gowns, flasks, eye masks and more! There’s currently 30% off for Black Friday so it’s worth checking out the Filter by Molly-Mae website.

They say you are nothing with good tools. You can have some of the best make-up products but you need the best tools too! Brush Works have an extensive range of beauty tools which all would make great stocking fillers. I picked up this pack of tweezers in the cutest pastel shades. The brand also has make-up brushes, cleaning tools, powder puffs and face massagers and you can find them on Look Fantastic, BeautyBay, Sephora and JustMyLook.

So…? have got you covered when it comes to some lovely scents. The So…? unique body mist gift set includes four scents which all sound amazing including Vanilla Candy and White Blossom. This would be a great stocking filler and appeal to all ages from teens wanting some mists to take to school or women wanting a scent to carry in their handbag.

Finally finishing the Festive Gift Guide For Beauty Lovers with a little sparkle. I mean it is Christmas after all. NARS always have the most beautiful eyeshadow palettes and I’ve come across this one which is the Voyageur Palette in Hibiscus. This six shade palette is a stunning selection of sparkles and mattes. I think any beauty lover would be grateful of a stocking filler from NARS. I do also want to add another incredible eyeshadow palette which is the Charlotte Tilbury Beautyverse palette. It’s simply beautiful and it’s firmly on my Christmas wishlist!
