Autumn Candle Haul

It’s coming up to my favourite time of the year. When the Autumn leaves are falling, we’re cosying up with a movie and lighting a few candles. If it’s not obvious already, I’m a bit of a candle hoarder. I love setting the ambience and getting cosy. I picked up a few candles on Notino who stock a fair few home fragrance brands such as Bath & Body Works, Yankee Candle, DW Home, Diptyque and many more. Of course, I thought I’d do a little Autumn Candle Haul blogpost to show off which are the latest candles in my collection.

Most of the candles I picked up were from DW Home which have the biggest range of scents for all seasons, moods and occasions. You might have seen the Mac & Cheese scented candle floating around online and that one was also from DW Home. I’ve not smelt it but I’ve heard it’s very similar to the much loved pasta dish. However, I’m not sure that I would want that in my living room!

The first candle I picked up was the Farmhouse Cinnamon Apple & Oats candle by DW Home. This is a great transitional scent as it’s not completely a Halloween or Christmas scent but it’s perfect for Autumn in general. I also love the rustic vibe of the wooden lid. The candle is described as sugared, spiced and tart. As always this is a great quality candle from DW Home and will certainly be a favourite of mine to be lit over the next couple of weeks.

Another one from DW Home that I picked up was the Cookies & Cream candle. This one is 100% more for Christmas as it comes with a lovely wintered scene on the lid. I’m obsessed with this scent. I’ve never been overly keen to buy these sweet scents confectionary candles however they’ve really grown on me. Cookies and Cream certainly is an excellent scent to have around the house. Especially in the lead up to Christmas.

I also wanted to mention the Rose Petals one, also by DW Home. This is a favourite candle of mine. Although it’s not exactly fitting for the Autumn season, I love having this burning in my bedroom. The candle itself is super cute and looks great on my dressing room. The Rose scent is a favourite of mine and it really does smell great. I’ve actually repurchased this exact candle three times as thats how much I’m a fan of it!

Finally, I did pick up a candle gift set from the brand Souletto. I’ve not actually heard of this brand before but I love the minimalistic and simple design of the candles. I picked up this trio which includes the scents Floramania, Orientalism and Reminiscense. They are quite small candles but all three smell lovely. This gift set would be an excellent present this Christmas and also a great way to try out three scented candles before purchasing a bigger one.
