Thick It Stick It NYX Brow Mascara Review

I’m sure I’m not the only person who gets absolutely taken in by all the beauty products which go viral on TikTok. Every time I go on that app, I seem to be making a list of beauty items i need to try ASAP. NYX Cosmetics is a brand which keeps popping up with a few viral products. One of these being the Thick It Stick It Brow Mascara. I’ve done plenty of brow blogposts with different Eyebrow Mascaras and Brow Gels. I usually use a powder to fill my brows in and then a brow mascara of some sorts to comb through them and “fix” them into place. I thought I would give this NYX Thick It Stick It one a go and see how I got on.

The NYX Thick It Stick It Brow Mascara promises up to 16 hours of wear and is completely a vegan formula. The product comes in a squishy tube which feels like there is ALOT of product in there, especially compared to other similar brow products. I am sensing this will last for a very long time. It’s also worth mentioning that I picked this up in the shade Espresso as I felt like this was quite a good match for my dark brown brows. This is also marketed as a thickening brown mascara. I do already have quite thick brows but I felt like it still worked well with me.

The brush is similar to a mascara brush, hence why it’s called a brow mascara. The NYX Thick It Stick It does have one of the biggest brushes that I have used for my brows. It’s almost comparable to a proper mascara brush! I was quite put off by the size of it to begin with as there is quite a lot of product on there. I did find you have to be quite conscious about how you use it as it could quite easily get quite messy. However the product itself is pretty amazing. It’s much more tackier than what I have used before so the brows really do get fixed into place. I don’t think I’ve had it on as long as 16 hours but I wouldn’t be surprised if your brows are kept in place for that long.

I’m really pleased with this product! I know the brush size probably could be a teeny bit smaller to avoid any mess but once you get the hang of it, the product itself works it’s magic. I did mention that it’s a thickening mascara, I think if you did have more space brows you’d really be able to build up the product. For me, I thought it was great to just comb through and tack into place for the day.
