My Home Office Wishlist

I’m happy to announce after months of going on about it, my office is nearly finished. The walls have been painted, the desk is in and I’m now just looking for some final touches. The three main things are a desk chair, a lovely white ornate mirror and new lighting! Once I’ve found a chair, I can actually sit at my desk and it’ll all seem more real. The walls are also still pretty plain so I’m hoping to buy lot’s of frames and artwork to liven things up a bit more.

I’ve recently discovered the brand Nest.co.uk specialise in contemporary modern furniture and lighting. I’ve been lusting over so many pieces online. Nest.co.uk has given me so much inspiration on what I’d love my office to look like. The lighting section is legit office goals. I need it all!

I will be showing off my office when it’s finished. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks so keep your eyes peeled for that. I can’t wait to have my own desk space to work from and also an area to film so new videos from. At the moment, it’s all looking a bit white and plain. Hopefully, when I’ve got lot’s of different frames on the walls and fairy lights it’ll be cosy and have more character! I’m so excited to reveal the finished look very soon!

Once the office is finished, it will be on to the next project and that’s re-doing the bathroom and kitchen. We have been looking to install a shower in the bathroom for what seems like forever so I think that might be one of our next projects alongside updating the kitchen. I’ve been looking on the Kitchen Warehouse website for a little bit of inspiration and although they do offer brand new full kitchen, one way to update it the kitchen without pulling it all out is to replace the kitchen doors. I really like this idea as it’s more affordable and you can still totally transform the kitchen without doing too much work.
