Styling Hunter Wellies for a Festival
When Cloggs (now known as Tessuti) contacted me a couple of weeks ago asking if I would like to review a pair of shoes from their website, I jumped at the chance. Cloggs have a range of brands from Birkenstock to Hunter, Jeffrey Campbell to UGGs. After much deliberation I decided to get a pair of Hunters, I’ve wanted a pair for maybe five or more years!
I chose the Original Stripe in Navy and Lipstick, It’s a great design which is classic but the pink makes it unique and slightly different to the normal pair you are likely to see. The wellies arrived in a HUGE box all neatly packed and as soon as I saw them, it was love! I love the shade of pink on the stripe, so bright and bold! They are a great pair of wellies, great quality and fit perfect. This style is maybe a bit too long for me though as they fall just beneath my knees. I think I’m going to have some good socks and plasters on to wear them in and stop rubbing. If you like this style, they are currently in the sale for £64.99. They come in this colour scheme and Navy/Mint and Black/White.
XOXO

You just can't beat a pair of classic Hunters! I love the stripe on these. Cloggs is such an awesome website. 🙂

I went to Glastonbury back in 2015 whilst wearing the exact same hunter boots as you, and i made two vital mistakes, wearing wellies without socks in 25 degree weather and wearing brand new boots that i had never tried on before! And what happened next was a couple of sore feet, many blisters on both feet and the struggles every single time when trying to pull the boots off with sweaty feet was a disaster, so please take my advice, always break into a new pair of wellies first and never go sock-less in hot weather, it truly is a recipe for disaster for me and my friends who helped me take them off, at least we had a good laugh, what i would like to ask if you’ve had any experiences like me with taking off wellies, would be great if you could share any embarrassing stories.
