My Second Year at University
I honestly don’t know where time has gone! The second-year literally flew by and now I’m going into my third and final year in September. Last year, I did a little post about my first year and a little summary which you can see here! I thought I would do a post about my second year too, in case anyone is interested and also so I can look back on my second year!
My second year was more settled and just more together as a whole. I continued going to many concerts, popping down to London and in between, I studied a little bit. If you don’t know, I’m studying Fashion Business in Birmingham. It’s a very wide-spread course which covers lots of different topics. This year we did InDesign, International Retailing, Events Management and Trend Forecasting.
The highlight of the year was defiantly Events Management. Our group put on a fab masquerade event for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. We raised lot’s of money and it was just a great experience and an amazing night.
I ended up going to ten concerts in my second year – I know, I have a problem. At home, I’m like 2 hours to my nearest arena so I’m taking advantage of being 5 mins down the road. This year I saw Mr and Mrs Carter (again), Katy Perry, McBusted, Arctic Monkeys and saw Robin Thicke at Itunes Festival!
