Three Hair Products I Use with GHD Straighteners

I’ve been using my GHD Straighteners for the longest time. They are an absolute staple item when it comes to hair styling. I’ve actually owned my GHD Straighteners for nearly ten years, they are still in perfect condition, work impeccably and I certainly see them as a fabulous investment. I’m fortunate to have pretty straight hair anyway but I do use the GHD’s to style the ends or just to correct any kinks and imperfections. I thought I would share three hair products which I use with my GHD’s to keep my hair protected and looking straight and sleek.

The first product I’m obsessed with and it’s from the brand Color Wow. This brand has really taken over the haircare industry and I’ve found they have so many incredible and innovative products. My favourite from the brand has to be the Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray. This spray is to be applied when blowdrying your damp hair and it creates an invisible waterproof coating leaving your hair frizz-free, shiny, glossy and waterproof! The product actually works which is just wild and it’s a firm favourite in my haircare routine now.

Of course when using any type of heat related tool you need to protect your hair. I’ve been using this L’Oréal Paris Heat Protection Spray for such a long time. I’m a big fan of the Dream Lengths collection and have used the shampoo and conditioner too, it certainly leaves your hair soft and sleek. Heat Protection Spray is an absolute must when using a hair straightener, it’s also great that this one helps detangle any knots too!

To give my hair a little refresh in between washes, I have been using the Moroccan Oil Dry Shampoo. Although it’s on the pricey side of things, I stand by this being the best dry shampoo that I have ever used. I buy the dark hair one and you can barely see it on application and it completely refreshes the roots to enjoy your sleek straight hair for even longer between washes!
