My Christmas 2023 Make-Up Look

Christmas is the best time of the year. It’s a chance to celebrate, dress up and feel festive. Nothing beats putting on a glittery eyeshadow and a red lip to go down the pub for a few drinks. I thought I’d share my Christmas make-up look which has been a staple throughout the whole festive season.

No festive look would be complete without a red lip and of course I turned to my trusty MAC Cosmetics lipstick. The one I’ve been wearing is a matte one in the shade Red Russian. It’s such a beautiful shade and perfect for Christmas. We all know how great MAC lipsticks are, they are amazing quality, long lasting and a great selection of shades.

Another key item for my Festive make-up look is the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. I’ve spoken about this product numerous times as it’s an excellent base for applying make-up. It’s so hydrating yet foundation applies wonderfully on top.

A festive make-up look would not be complete without a bit of glitter. I’ve been using a NARS Voyageur eyeshadow palette in the colour way hibiscus. There’s a lovely mix of glitters and warm matte shades perfect for Christmas. I’m also loving the NARS liquid blush. It’s so highly pigmented, you only need a little bit as it goes a long way. It’s a great rosy blush for Christmas.

I also have to mention The Balm’s mary-lou manizer. It’s an oldie but a goodie. I’m still obsessed and think it’s a gorgeous highlight and gives you a festive glow!
