Three Looks for Autumn with Very.co.uk

Ah, Autumn! My favourite time of the year! Cosying up in blankets, lighting all the candles, heading to the pumpkin patch and getting excited for the festive season ahead. What’s not to love?! Looking at all the seasons, Autumn fashion is probably my favourite as I love layering up, wearing ALL the knitwear and getting my chunky boots out. I’ve teamed up with Very.co.uk to create three different Autumn looks and I’ll be pretty much living in these three outfits.

Dog Walking

Now that we have our little Walter, long dog walks has become our number one activity on a weekend. Although Walters little legs aren’t a big fan of too long walks! Very.co.uk have some great Denim Dresses & Jumpsuits and I came across this Denim Utility Jumpsuit in collaboration with the Style Fairy. I’ve never actually owned anything like this and it’s something I didn’t think would suit me. However, I LOVE it. It’s so easy to dress up for drinks in the city (which I did with a longline jacket & some Nikes) or dress down for dog walks.

Paired with the Barbour Boulevard Crossbody Bag and some casual New Balance 530’s, it makes the look more casual and comfy. I’ve got to say the Barbour Crossbody Bag makes an excellent dog walking bag. The material of the bag is mega durable and there’s lots of pockets for all the important things like treats.

Pumpkin Picking

Visiting the Pumpkin Patch in October is a must for all lovers of Autumn. We visited Farmer Copleys in West Yorkshire last weekend which is home to the UK’s original Pumpkin Festival. The place was HUGE! Again, I chose a jumpsuit as Very.co.uk had a great selection of Jumpsuits for women. Technically, this is a unitard but it’s so comfortable. The In The Style unitards are definitely a must have for Autumn.

I won’t lie, it was mega muddy so the New Balances did get swapped out for wellies half way round. I also paired the unitard with the cutest quarter zip from Dorothy Perkins on Very.co.uk. I am living for quarter zip jumpers at the moment. This felt like the perfect cosy Autumnal fit which would also be pretty good for dog walks too! I think I’ll be wearing the unitard 95% of Autumn.

Sunday Pub Lunch

We all know how much I love a Sunday Roast. It’s honestly my favourite past time, trying all the different Sunday Roasts. Hence, why I created Sunday Roast Diaries. We need to dress the part when going to the pub though. So I’ve obviously picked one of the ultimate Autumn staples, a trench coat. This is an absolute classic when it comes to Autumn/Winter and even going into Spring. This one is from Love & Roses on Very.co.uk and it’s just one of those very classic styles.

I’ve paired the Trench with a Knitted Dress from River Island on Very.co.uk to give the look a bit of warmth. This dress is so flattering though and is a great shape! This outfit also works really well with the Barbour Boulevard Bag and New Balance 530’s.
