Replicate the Bedroom Decor from Pretty Little Liars

Pretty Little Liars is one of the most popular teenage shows of our time. The hit ABC drama follows four teenage girls after the murder of their best friend, Alison. As the girls mourn, they get frightening texts from “A”. They work tirelessly to uncover the identity of their blackmailer and the truth behind Alison’s death. However, Pretty Little Liars isn’t just known for its murder mystery edge. It also features some killer outfits and, of course, iconic interior design. Follow this quick guide to replicate the interior style of the liars.  

Spencer Hastings 

Spencer Hastings is the peppy nerd of the group. She likes trophies, awards and mirrored furniture. She is the organised and mature one with a flair for detective work. Spencer becomes somewhat obsessively involved with the mystery of Ali’s death. Her desk is always covered in materials relating to “A” and her academic studies. 

Spencer is the “rich” girl of the group, and her house reflects that. She has a barn in the back garden, a sauna in the bathroom, and a cosy looking fire in the living room. Spencer’s house is just next door to the Di’Laurentis’s. 

Aria Montgomery 

Aria is the indie girl we all wanted to be at that age. She wears vintage clothing, quotes classic literature and lives in a beautiful room. Her bed is covered in throws and pillows, and her desk is littered with books. The dark wooden décor and low lighting make her room the perfect writer’s nest.  

Emily Fields 

Emily is the sporty one with a simple, yet fresh looking room. She goes for pastel yellow walls and neutral accessories across the space. The bay window seating area is the standout feature of her room – and the ideal lookout spot. She does a lot of thinking by the window in the first few seasons.  

Hanna Marin 

Hanna is the fashionable liar with statement accessories, bold colours and a glam look. Her room is often filled with makeup and clothes from her various escapades. Hanna’s house is bright and open, with a modern interior design. The walls are lined with pink and black wallpaper and large windows.  

And finally – Alison Di’Laurentis 

Alison has a pink princess room with a canopy above the bed and pink wallpaper. The duvet has a handwritten letter printed on the front, and there are a few rather creepy looking dolls around the space.  

Draw some inspiration from the liars’ bedrooms when you next renovate your room. You could go for a vintage theme like Aria or a glam look like Hanna. Or, maybe you relate to Spencer’s organised mess. The show may be over ten years old, but the interior design is timeless.
