Fashion: Festival Style and Wireless Festival

I’m back! If you didn’t know already, I went on holiday to Benidorm for 10 days, flew home last Friday before heading to Birmingham. I was supposed to be going to see Drake at Wireless Festival in the evening but he cancelled *cries* – I’ve only just got over this. I didn’t end up going to see Rudimental who was his replacement and got a take-out Nandos instead!

On Saturday and Sunday, I headed to Perry Park for Day 2 and 3 of the very first Wireless Festival in Birmingham. I’d been working with their social media team for the past couple of months so I, fortunately, got given my tickets. The festival doesn’t have camping so we didn’t have to worry about getting smelly and camping and could get a train home after the headliners.

I made an emergency trip to Primark to pick up a raincoat and some wellies – Although it didn’t end up raining too much. The first day I wore a vest and some shorts and on Sunday I wore this Glamorous playsuit shown below.

It was an amazing festival with Bruno Mars and Kanye West headlining, they were both incredible. Kanye’s performance shocked me as I thought he would be stood ranting and being egotistical. Although he did tell us we needed to remember this moment as we has witnessed a legend. pfft and also wore a mask for most of the show which looked pretty stupid. Bruno Mars was the highlight for me, his dancing was also top-notch. We also managed to catch Pharrell, Robin Thicke, Outkast, Iggy Azalea, Ellie Goulding, Tinie Tempah, John Newman and a couple of others.
