NYC Haul 2012

Hi All! Finally putting up a NYC Haul of some sorts! This is just Clothes & Accesories – I decided to do a Beauty & a miscellaneous one too! I did go crazy in New York but i bought all this with my own money unless otherwise stated and i’ve never been to New York before so i just wanted a big blow out! I have been saving up for this trip for nearly a year!

These are both from the Pink by Victoria’s Secret Store in SOHO. There a Pink stand-alone store there! The top was $20 and i really liked the shocking orange of it! The Jumper was $40 and I’ve been living in it! So comfy!

These are kind of souvenirs but i couldn’t resist. I got the Hard Rock tee from the Resturant in Times Square for $22. I got the I heart NY PJ Pants from a random store for $12 – I was kinda happy because everywhere else was selling them for $20! The Little Brown Bag came from Bloomingdale’s and i couldn’t resist and that was $20 – Which is like £13!

I got two pairs of Jeans! The Blue ones were from Forever 21 for $10 (amazing quality – been wearing them loads!) and the Black ones were $34 from the Levi’s stand in Macy’s – Most of them were on sale and i got 10% off too! Also i bought a burgundy peplum top from Forever 21 for $14 which i forget to include in this!

The blue one was in Hollister for $13 down from 50! It looks way better on and the skirt puffs out loads. The black one also looks way better on too and was from a shop in Soho called Necessary Clothing for $38 – Here’s a picture on the website.

So Yeah, I have an addiction to all things Marc Jacobs so i had to get this from the ‘Bookmarc’ store in Greenwich Village. This was $35, so in my eyes that’s a good price. It’s just a simple shopper tote and good for Uni!

I saved the two best til last! I have an addiction to Tiffany’s too! Since I was about 12 years old i dreamed of getting a little blue box in a little blue bag and on my 16th Birthday my Mum took me to Bond Street and bought me a ‘Please Return to Tiffany’s New York’ Necklace which has been in a lot of my OOTD’s as i wear it 90% of the time. As we went to New York for my 18th My Mum wanted to get me something else from Tiffany’s and it was extremely special as it was the Fifth Avenue Store. Gorgeous Store by the way! I had decided before we went i wanted a Sterling silver beaded one and i saw them and hated them, the one that i wanted was really small and i just didn’t fancy it. So i looked at some other cabinets and saw the ‘classic’ one which matched my necklace but i didn’t like that it hung down and i knew it would get in the way so i looked at the one i actually got where the charms is interlinked in the links and i did really prefer this! I love it!

Also another big splurge! I have wanted one for a while but i hadn’t set out to get one in New York. This ended up been my first purchase of the trip. I got it from the Michael Kors store in the Rockerfeller Centre and the staff were really helpful. I tried on the smaller version of this but it didn’t look as good! I feel like a huge weight is attached to my arm though but i’m sure i will get used to it! It’s so pretty though! I am loving wearing it!

Hope everyone has had a good weekend, I’ll be putting up my weekly instagram post tommorow as i’ve been so busy with unpacking and getting used to things. I’m finally all moved in – although all my clothes are still in the suitcase as i think there is no way i’m getting it in the wardrobe! xoxo

I love the black dress! Your watch is gorgeous! I tried on the smaller size when I got mine too, but they just don't look the same do they?! You'll soon get used to it, I barely notice mine anymore 🙂 xx
