Another day, another Festive Gift Guide. Tis’ the season to get jolly and spendy! I always love doing this Festive Gift Guide: For Beauty Lovers as there are always so many amazing gift sets available. Whether it’s some pampering goodies for your best friend, the latest designer perfume for your Mum or a big make-up set for your sister, I’ve got you covered!
First up, we have a couple of items from Too Faced. They are a brand which I absolutely love – the Chocolate Bar Palette is still one I use pretty often. Too Faced always bring out some amazing Christmas gifts featuring some of their top products and this year they have a few Gingerbread themed products. The Gingerbread Spice palette has been popping up all over social media, the colours are insane and it even has the scent of Gingerbread. I don’t have the palette but I do have their Gingerbread Sugar Kissable Body Powder. The packaging is utterly adorable and smells incredible.
Another adorable item from Too Faced is the Berry Christmas To You set. Giving Mean Girls vibes with the “You’re Like, Berry Pretty” pouch which holds three products. The set includes their bestselling Better Than Sex Mascara (full-size), Juicy Fruits Comfort Lip Glaze in Yummy Rummy (full-size) and Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo in StrobeBerry. I absolutely love this little set and it would make a great gift for someone looking to try their famous mascara!
Christmas is the perfect time to treat yourself or a loved one to a new piece of beauty tech. The BeGlow Tia will become your new best friend during your skincare routine. With dual pulse technology and an anti-ageing applicator, this device can quite literally transform your skin and make your routines easy peasy. I’ve been really impressed with this sonic skincare system, it’s the perfect tool for cleansing and leaves your skin looking refreshed and radiant.
I thought I’d also share some other products which would make great stocking fillers for skincare lovers. I’m a huge fan of Bioderma and if I ever use Micellar Water to take off my make-up, it’s the Bioderma Sensibio H20. I’ve found that it really does soothe your skin and it’s great at removing all sorts from your face. To properly cleanse, the Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Foaming Gel is great and works really well with the BeGlow Tia. If you suffer from redness, the Rosalique 3-in-1 anti-redness miracle formula is another great product for a stocking filler idea. I’ve been using this product as a primer but it really helps with the redness in my face.
It wouldn’t be a Festive Gift Guide on my blog without a few Disney items. You might have seen the brand Mad Beauty in lot’s of shops including Primark, Boots and on ASOS but they have some amazing gift sets inspired by some of your favourite Disney characters. I absolutely love The Villians Eyeshadow Palette, the shades and pigment are amazing. One of the shades even had a speckle shade running through. I’m personally obsessed with the sparkly shades and will be wearing them throughout the festive season. Mad Beauty also have an amazing selection of face masks with different Disney Characters, they make great stocking fillers.
I always find that make-up brushes are a great Christmas gift. It’s all about having quality tools to create amazing beauty looks. The Artis Brushes are definitely a luxury item retailing on Net-A-Porter. Although they are very unique, it’s the intricate way they are made that assists in creating a seamless and flawless coverage. The Artis Elite 3 Brush Set includes the Oval 7, Oval 3 and Linear 1 brushes which are the perfect set for applying foundation, shadows and liners.
You might have seen my post last week about Notino.co.uk’s engraving service. I thought I’d include it in this Gift Guide too as it’s a great personal touch to your present. Notino.co.uk offers the service on a number of different products from perfumes, lipsticks, mascaras and eye shadow palettes. I picked up this Make-Up Revolution Ultra Flawless 3 palette which I got engraved with “Merry Christmas”. It’s a lovely little extra special touch to the gift and the recipient will be able to see you’ve put in thought.
Also from Notino.co.uk, I picked up this NYX Love Lust Disco Lipstick Vault. I’ve been a huge fan of NYX lipsticks for a while, they are amazing quality for high street prices. This vault includes 12 shades from the Slip Tease range including a few nudes, a gorgeous purple tone shade and a few darker shades. It’s a great gift for someone who’s just getting into make-up and experimenting with different shades.
Finally, we have some more great options for stocking fillers. As I mentioned before, you can never go wrong with a few face masks. It’s always good to have a few stocked up for an impromptu pamper night. To be honest, Bubble Masks, Sheet Masks and Peel Off Masks are all pretty good options. For Bubble Masks, there is Bio Miracle who have a wide selection of masks but I love the look of the Unicorn Bubble Mask. I’m also a huge fan of Iroha Nature for facemasks which are available in Boots, I usually pick up their charcoal peel-off masks and they leave my skin feeling amazing afterwards. As I previously mentioned, Mad Beauty has a great selection of face masks inspired by Disney characters. You can also buy them in muti-pack sets so you can really be stocked up for the next couple of weeks.
When it comes to beauty, tools are pretty important. Another great stocking filler is some of the accessories from Brushworks. From metallic tweezers to complexion sponges, you can always stock up on some of these tools as stocking fillers. I actually ask for make-up sponges every year in my stocking as it’s something I always need!
Hopefully, this post has given you some great ideas of presents for the beauty lovers in your life. I’ve got to say even though I have a big beauty stash, I always love getting a few new beauty items to try out. That’s the great thing about the beauty industry, there’s always something new and exciting getting launched. You’ll find the Sol De Janeiro Gift Set, a StylPro Makeup Brush Cleaner and a Morphe Palette (which I’ve still not tried) on my Christmas Beauty Wishlist.
What’s on your Christmas list? Do you have any Beauty Lovers in your life?
