My Milan Bucket List

In case you’ve missed all my excitable posts across social media, I’m going to Milan today! I’m unbelievably thrilled to finally be visiting Italy. It’s a country I’ve been desperate to explore so I’m super happy about heading over to Milan with my Mum. I actually included Italy in my 2017 Travel Wishlist, I’ve so far ticked off three places!  I’ve actually teamed up with on their #CheapFlightsChallenge so I’ll be on a strict budget which is why I thought I’d write a little Bucket List of all the places I’m looking to visit. They will mostly be cheap attractions…

As 2016 draws to a close, It’s time to reflect on the year. I always do a round-up type of post at the end of the year as I think it’s quite nice to look back on my favourite memories. These types of posts are the ones I’d love to read back on in a couple of years. Personally, I’ve had a pretty good 2016! January January was a pretty quiet month, I went to a couple of events in Leeds which was great to get to know more local bloggers. Search Laboratory and Posh Flooring invited me to Murder…

The Grosvenor Hotel, London

It’s becoming a tradition that I MUST visit London before Christmas. Who can resist all of the beautifully decorated department stores, lights and of course, Winter Wonderland? London at Christmas is my favourite. My Grandma and I took a festive trip a couple of weeks ago to the capital and stayed at The Grosvenor Hotel in Victoria. The hotel was conveniently located right by Victoria train with a discreet entrance directly onto the station concourse. This was so handy when we were coming and going via the Underground Station. I believe the Gatwick Express departs from Victoria Station so the…

Edinburgh in 32 Hours

Many of you may know that I travelled up to Scotland to spend a couple of days with Charlotte. The adventure started in Edinburgh, which is one of my favourite places and actually a place that Charlotte had never been! We Stayed at the Old Town Chambers 5* Serviced Apartments which you can read about here. All in all, we had around 32 hours in the city to explore all the old cobbled streets and soak in all the history. After checking-in to Old Town Chambers which was conveniently located just off The Royal Mile, we went for a wander.…

My 22nd Birthday in Disneyland Paris

At the end of August, I turned 22 and spent the week amongst the magic of Disneyland Paris. If you’ve been following me for a long time you’ll know that I sort of like Disney. A lot. We managed to get a pretty sweet deal on Expedia and stayed at the Magic Circus Hotel which is an official partner hotel of Disneyland Paris and offer free shuttle buses to the parks. I went with my Mum, her friend Clare & her daughter Carenza. Just a little forewarning; that this is a rather long post. In total, we spent three whole…

A Weekend in Cologne

Last week, myself and a few bloggers descended upon Cologne, Germany for the Beauty Blogger Secrets event with Essence Cosmetics (more on that soon!). I’ve never been to Cologne before, in fact, I’ve never been to Germany before so I was excited to explore the city. If you know me well, when it comes to travelling I do love a good full itinerary. The Highlights of Cologne Walking Tour was a perfect starting point for us. We could catch our bearings and see some of the key sights in Cologne. The tour, which was €11 departed from the Cologne Tourism…
