Five European Cities I’d love to Explore

At the moment, I’m currently planning my next trip which I’ll be heading off to Holland at the end of May. I’ve probably mentioned it before but the annual travel blogging conference, Traverse is taking place in Rotterdam this year. I decided to do a little bit of travelling before and after the conference. I’ll be visiting Amsterdam, Rotterdam before heading down to visit my friend in Zurich. Travel Diary: 72 hours in Berlin – Part Two

Welcome back to Part Two of my Berlin Travel Diary – You can read Part One here if you haven’t already. Day Two in the city started with a quick Starbucks as we headed back to the Brandenburg Gate for some more photos. We then caught the U-Bahn to Checkpoint Charlie. Berlin, however, was even colder but with glorious sunshine and no snow. Some days the temperatures dropped to -13 degrees. It sure was chilly so we had to properly wrap up with 101 layers. I’ve also decided to split this…

Flying to Barcelona with Monarch

Throughout the past couple of months, I’ve spent a lot of time flying between the UK and Barcelona. Most recently, Haydy & I  flew from Gatwick to Barcelona El-Prat Airport with Monarch. We actually went to Benicassim Music Festival and found that although Barcelona airport was 3 hours away, it was the easiest route to fly with Monarch from Gatwick and book a shuttle to the festival. If you are not familiar with Monarch, they operate from Manchester, Birmingham, Gatwick, Leeds Bradford and Luton to over 40 destinations. I’ve previously flown with them when I was a lot younger on…
