The Social Butterflies Collection at Harrods

It was a crazy *pinch me* moment when I received an e-mail about working with Harrods. Yes, we’re talking about THE Harrods, one of the most beautiful department stores in the world. This Summer they have launched the Social Butterflies 2017 campaign and have teamed up with British artist Zara Bradley to create some beautiful exclusive items which I was lucky to receive. Throughout the Summer there will be an array of different events and activities in collaboration with the British social season. From festivals, galas, sporting events and parties, us Brit’s usually have a pretty jam packed social calendar in…

Great Ways to Use Your Travel Photographs

If you are anything like me when you travel you take a lot of pictures. Nothing is off limits. Even little birds enjoying a snack are likely to get snapped, especially if I can get a landmark like the Eiffel Tower into the shot. The sad thing is that most of the pictures I take rarely see the light of day outside the online world. Printing photos just isn’t that common anymore but it’s always nice to do something special with your travel photographs. So, I was delighted to discover canvas prints. This innovative print service provides you with the perfect…

7 Tips to Get a Good Night’s Sleep

We all know that sleep is pretty important, right? It can totally dictate how your following day goes and effect your mood, productivity and mental wellbeing. I’ve certainly been guilty of being totally unbearable to be around after a bad night’s sleep. I do, however, aim to get around eight hours of beauty sleep each night to recharge my batteries. I’ve teamed up with Tempur® who have a range of products…

My Top 7 Highlights from Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2017

SomeThis time las week I was on my way down to Burton Constable Hall which is on the outskirts of Hull for BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend. Last month, I was extremely lucky to get my hands on tickets for both days to see massive acts such as Katy Perry, Kings of Leon, Shawn Mendes & many more. The tickets were “free” – well had a £8.50 booking fee but where else are you going to see these amazing acts for that price?! I’ve still got my fetching little boot on my foot (I cracked and sprained my foot!) so…

Treating Mum to Afternoon Tea at Patisserie Valerie with Tesco Direct

I mentioned in Tuesday’s blog post that my Mum and I took a little trip to York last week. We had a wander around the beautiful streets, did a little shopping and enjoyed a delicious Afternoon Tea. I teamed up with Tesco Direct who offer a range of gift experiences and activities from spa days, afternoon tea & gourmet experiences, hotel stays and much more. As it was recently Mother’s Day and also my Mum’s Birthday last week, it was perfect timing to treat her to an Afternoon Tea for two at Patisserie Valerie. Patisserie Valerie is one of my favourite…

Homesense opens in Leeds City Centre & Haul

A couple of weeks ago, I popped along to Leeds on the train to a get a sneak preview of the brand new Homesense store. I’ve actually been pretty excited about Homsense opening in the city centre as I don’t really live near a store so this one is really accessible for me. The store is located on The Headrow at the top of the shopping area. Also, If you haven’t heard of Homesense they are the sister company of TK:Maxx. It’s basically a huge store dedicated to the Homeware section that you’d normally find in TK:Maxx aka my idea of…
