The Six Country Challenge & My 2017 Travel Wishlist

Last year, I set the pretty ambitious goal of visiting six brand new countries; I managed three which still exceeded my expectations. The three countries were Holland, Monaco (Yes, I’m counting this one!) and Germany. This year, I’m bringing back the Six Country Challenge and I thought I would do a little travel wishlist of places I’d love to visit this year.   Copenhagen I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned Copenhagen a couple of times in previous Travel Wishlists. The first morning I was left to my own devices though and I opted for a wander around…

I thought I would put together a little guide of items I personally think are very much worth investing in. I’m 22 years old and not made of money, so I only do own a few items from my own guide…

Guest Post: Mood Lighting

Does lighting really affect our moods? In short, the answer is yes. From the way supermarket lighting has the ability to make the canned vegetable aisle appear to be some kind of glistening utopia, to the way the sun lifts our moods with the chemical reactions it promotes, whether we know it or not, lighting has a big impact on the way we feel. Here are just some of the ways that lighting works its magic. Natural Light The best things in life are free and sunlight very much falls into that category. Whilst all forms of light send signals to…
