Getting The Most Out Of Your Day

I hold my hands up and completely admit to being the queen of procrastination. Working from home and spending a lot of time on social media means I get easily distracted. No matter what you are doing in life, it’s pretty important to get the most out of every day! That empire isn’t going to build itself! The past couple of months, I feel like I’ve been slacking. I’ve not been prioritising the important things, getting distracted so here’s a few steps I’m taking to increase my productivity! To do lists When I wake up (or sometimes before bed) I…

My Copenhagen Bucket List

Tomorrow I’m heading off to Copenhagen for a couple of days. It’s all very exciting as I’ve never been to Scandinavia before. In true Rachel fashion, I’ve been reading all the guidebooks and looking on all blogs to conjure up the perfect itinerary to explore the city. We are going to purchase a Copenhagen Card which offers free entry or discounts to many of the top tourist attractions. Unfortunately, the main attraction is Tivoli Gardens and they are closed in the winter. I’m so gutted about this but it’s an excuse for another trip in Summer, right? Visit the Little…

January: The Trial Month

I think we can all agree that January was a bit of a blah month. I’ve officially written it off as a trial month and 2017 now starts in February. I was planning to start doing a monthly round-up post but January was pretty boring so I don’t have a lot to report on. Food Diary in Edinburgh & Glasgow

To say I’m a very fussy eater is an understatement but it seems whenever I go on trips, my main priority is food. When visiting Edinburgh and Glasgow, I ate out a lot. I thought I’d put together a little food diary type of post to give you an overview of all the places. The first day in Edinburgh was filled with a few errors in terms of food. For our lunch, we ended up in a chain pub. There’s plenty of cute charming pubs in Edinburgh with lots of character and no doubt yummy grub. This wasn’t one of…

The Dress fit for every occasion

Do you have that one dress that you always reach for? Whether it’s a family affair, a wedding or a night out with the girls, this one dress has your back. This is mine, which i’d say is the most worn item in my wardrobe. I bought this dress from Topshop around two years ago after spotting Beyoncé in it and it was sold out everywhere! I managed to track it down in my size and half price! It was fate. I wore this a couple of months ago to my Brother’s wedding and I’m finally sharing a few photo’s. I…
