Wrapping up for Autumn with Studio.co.uk

The cooler weather is upon us and I’m so excited to get wrapped up in my Autumn wardrobe. It’s all about layering knitwear, finding the cosiest big jacket and a pair of boots to keep yourself warm this season. Autumn is probably my favourite season in terms of fashion.  I do love getting all my jumpers out, lighting candles and getting all cosy in front of the TV. I’ve teamed up with Studio.co.uk and chosen some of my favourite pieces which would be perfect for wrapping up and going on a brisk Autumnal walk in the countryside. Although I’m a…

Eisenberg Anti-Stress Treatment & Night Cream Review

I’ve got to admit that up until a couple of months I’d never even heard of the brand Eisenberg. Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been trying out a couple of skincare items from their range. I believe Eisenberg is a French luxury skincare brand and Notino.co.uk is one of the only stockists in the UK. As i said it’s a luxury brand so the products are certainly on the pricey side of things but are they worth it? Let’s find out! For the last couple of weeks I’ve been using the Eisenberg Soin Anti-Stress Treatment* which is a…

Tasting The Festive Menu at Dakota Deluxe Leeds

Is it too early to be talking about Christmas? It might only be October but the Festive season seems to be creeping upon us already. On Wednesday, Stefan and I went across to Leeds to the Dakota Deluxe to taste their new Festive menu which will be launching on the 23rd November until Christmas Eve. The Dakota Deluxe which is located on Russell Street in Leeds City Centre is an absolutely stunning hotel. We’ve stayed here earlier in the year and the rooms are to die for, the whole decor is just beautiful. Given that the weather was in the…

How I Got Tickets to Visit The White House, Washington DC

One of my first stops whilst on my American Road Trip last October was Washington DC. Obviously DC is the US Capital City steeped in so much cultural and political history. To tell you the truth, DC was never on my list of places to visit. However, I quickly fell in love with the city. We spent two nights in the city (you can read about everything we got up to here) but one of the most memorable parts of the trip was visiting The White House and actually making it inside the grounds! One of our first port of…

What’s in My Fjallraven Kanken Backpack Whilst Travelling?

Over the last couple of months, I’ve been religiously using my Fjallraven Kanken Backpack whilst travelling and generally on a daily basis. I’d heard so much about these backpacks and everyone seemed to have one. I was kindly gifted this gorgeous lilac one from the brand and I’ve been using it ever since. These backpacks were originally designed for Swedish School children to help their posture and not to damage their backs when carrying heavy school books. No matter how much I fill this backpack, it sits so comfortable on my back and you can really tell there is something…

90s Rewind With 5ive Live at Mecca Bingo

Born in 1994, I’m a nineties kid. The Spice Girls were my life back then and I had a little walkman that I listened to all the 90s pop music on. When I heard 5ive were going to be performing in my hometown at Mecca Bingo, I knew it had to be there. The little nineties pop princess inside of me knew it would be a great night. So a couple of weeks ago, I headed to my local Mecca Bingo club to watch 5ive perform all of their greatest hits. I’ve never actually been to Bingo before but I’ve…
