Creating the Dream Magnum

Cooking or baking blog posts are very rare on my blog, just because I’m not the best at it. The last time I attempted to bake, the kitchen was nearly on fire. The feeble attempt at making cookies ended up in the garden to cool off as they were burnt so badly. Oops! Basically what I’m saying is that I’m in no way a domestic goddess in the kitchen.

I’ve teamed up with Magnum to create the easiest dream dessert which even I can make! You might have seen that over the Summer, Magnum opened the doors to their own Pleasure Store where you can create your own Dream Magnum. They kept popping up on my Instagram timeline and all looked so heavenly but unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to pop down to the store. The creations can easily be re-created at home, which is what I’ve done!

You only need three simple items:

  • A Magnum ice cream of your choice
  • Toppings
  • Melting Chocolate

My Dream Magnum creation literally took me 5 minutes and most of that time was waiting for my chocolate to melt. Even if you’re having a few friends over and making dinner, it’s a fun and easy dessert for everyone to get involved in with a toppings station just like the Pleasure Store. You can get really creative with your toppings. I just bought some funky gold and silver sprinkles but I guess you can put literally anything on there. I’d love to hear what would be on your Dream Magnum. If you fancy making your own at home, Don’t forget to share them on social media with the #DreamMagnum.  You can find more recipes and inspiration here!

XOXO
